Maam I want to ask you a question that a female person has a connected pathway for excretion like urinal and toilet or you can say that only one way for excretion. so have you ever encountered such a case in your life.
If I am understanding your question correctly, on rare occasions a fistula may be present which will cause urine to be excreted through an alternative path vs the urethra.
