      @@MostMagicalGuides I am watching your vlog series now it’s so fun!! You are doing my dream vacation, Disney alone - I love my family but yeah lol. We are going with kids so my restaurant choices are places I know they would also enjoy. Would really love to book Garden Grill and Space 2020 in Epcot. For Magic Kingdom I want to do the Fireworks dessert party, Yak and Yeti in Animal Kingdom, and I want to do a Fantasmic dining experience in HS- probably Sci fi diner. Still debating about some of the hotel restaurants, was looking at Topolinos and Beaches and Cream (again, going with kids lol) I guess I need to decide today- the countdown in on! Luckily we are staying on property so I LOVE that we can book the entire week in one go. You explained that so well, better than the Disney website! Appreciate you!

I totally think the Firework dessert party at Magic Kingdom is such a worth it experience! I didn't do it during my trip, got there over an hour early and then didn't see any of the show! So the firework party is so fab as you get a great view and desserts! Staying on property and being able to book your whole trip at the 60 day mark is such a benefit!

    Did you not need to use a VPN to book the reservations? Lot of people on Disney Facebook groups have said they needed a VPN to book them

    • @MostMagicalGuides
      @MostMagicalGuides  2 года назад +3

      You don't need a VPN to book dining reservations but if you did want to book any experiences or tours they can only be booked on the US Disney World website which would need a VPN. I am doing a video all about this very soon!

    • @MostMagicalGuides
      @MostMagicalGuides  Год назад +1

      Thank you so much for watching! This would be 11am GMT, so UK time. The only thing to be aware of if when the clocks go back or forward so the time changes in the UK and the US on different dates. The reservations open at 6am Florida time so we are 5 hours ahead of them so it is handy to be able to check what the current time is in Florida so check this when it is daylight savings time!

    Any tips if the restaurants you want have booked out?

    • @MostMagicalGuides
      @MostMagicalGuides  Год назад

      Hi Cathie! I totally do! My favourite is to you the website MouseDining. Here you can set up alerts and whenever a reservation becomes free you are notified. The free service will send you emails and the paid for service will also send you text messages. For my last trip I did pay, it was $7 for a month, but I ended up getting all the reservations I wanted as the text messages always came through quicker which was fab!
      Also it is definitely worth to keep checking the Disney World website! As people's trips get closer their plans change so you often find reservations open up. The closer it gets to your trip the more this happens so it is a great idea to keep checking for them!

    Great tips! I’m planning a solo trip as well and I’ve seen the same problem with reservations. If I book for 2 and then modify the reservation to 1, will I risk losing that reservation? Is it better to just keep it that way? Thanks! ✨

    • @MostMagicalGuides
      @MostMagicalGuides  Год назад +2

      It is so exciting you are going on a solo trip! A few of my reservations i was able to modify but typically I just kept it as two. If you use the My Disney Experience app to check in to your reservations you can modify it then. Or if you check in with the host then I just let them know and it was never an issue which was fab! It is such a shame the system seems to disadvantage solo travellers but I am glad there is a way to work around it!
