However, I feel the bathrooms are a little small n the gap between commode n standing shower is too small.

You could separate drawing room and lounge area with a sliding doors seperator or a hanging curtain. Washroom could have more space and shower area could be seperated with a glass shield. Balcony might have more space.otherwise the house looks beautiful specially kitchen area. I hope you would not mind about my suggestions. Thanks

Overall very nice but four ceiling are not modern aur bathrooms tiles complete roof tak lagana chayye ta aur stairs par artificial grass bohot bura lag raha ta. Sorry its my opinion

The only suggested improvement is the front elevation which is not in your hands. However since you are a good representative, please request bahria to add new designs to 5 marla homes in their portfolio like we have seen in bt lahore etc. The current designs are not attractive.
