10/10 product…1/10 customer service.. you’ll get it only if you contact your bank and report it as “fraud” because you have not heard anything from them for 4+months even after reaching out..then they’ll “rush” to get it to you within 2 days…once you it get it, it’s a must have for all bikes in my opinion…amazing product, not to amazing customer service…
I had a great customer service experience from them. I received my race rails with in 10 days of my order for my zx6r. That also could be bc I ordered gloss black and they already had that color in stock. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I’ve had a an awesome experience so far. Plan on ordering a subcage next
agreed, i just got my cage yesterday after ordering it april 1st, and i had to ask for a full refund before they decided to ship and the guy who i spoke to was cursing at me for asking for a refund before it shipped.
Can’t help but feel there is A LOT of details about your experience you’re leaving out.. MOST people do this in order to look like victims. There’s simply no way you put in an order and never heard anything…. And you don’t just NOT HEAR ANYTHING then call your bank to report something as “fraud” then they MAGICALLY get it to you like it was Amazon….
I've worked on programming robot arms for a short while, that is seriously impressive. I don't think people can even begin to appreciate how much work that is.
from what i heard from a friend that have a bike (no crash cage at all) he said that either the cage is going to crumple if someone hits you. or the integrity of the bike itself will be compromised or something along those lines. i can see why it can break if a whole ass car hits you at high speeds. but i dont understand if the bike can be totaled just from falling on your own even at high speeds. hell, i think you've shown someone falling at high speeds with your cage on one but i could be wrong.
Products look awesome, but can you guys switch to using metric hardware instead? Kinda annoying having to switch between metric and imperial unit sockets while working on a metric vehicle
Man I want some impaktech cages so bad for my 636 that took me 10 years to be able to afford unfortunately I'm not sure whenever I'll be able to afford to get them as I am the only provider for my wife and 2 kids and it's so expensive to live in Colorado that I'm barely making it now so Ill just try and make some sort of protection for my bike until I have the the money to buy the best bike protection on the market in my opinion!! I love the way these look too and you can't get a better piece of equipment of you tried!
Take $50 a month and set that aside for the cage. In just under a year you will be able to buy them. If that’s too much than save $25 a month, it will take longer but you should be able to do that
Do not order from these guys, sure the product is great, if you received it. You will wait up to probably a year most likely to receive anything you purchase, they will not answer their phone, even when you leave a message, so good luck on the refund as well.

How many welders are out of a job now?🤔Because they got replaced for that robot??
We actually hired 6 new welders since the purchase of this robot. When you scale a business you don't fire employees.
Does this work with Yamaha R3?
Yes we make a crash cage for the R3 and MT-03
