Ufff, this short film brought back long memories of my life. I lost my mother to cancer 18 years back. My father didn't remarry and raised us kids. He is the source of my strength and joy, so similar to the father of the film. He will always be my hero.

Lovely and realistic film. Feuding and judgemental siblings lose one single important thing in life: family harmony.
Also, when missing the deceased parent, the children often either cling to the surviving parent or (uninentionally) become indifferent to him/her.
Only recently I have started watching Pakistani films, so most players I am seeing them for the first time. All acted well.
I love Pakistani productions. The actors are natural, the sets and dialogues are realistic, and language even when mingled with English, as here, is (unlike their Indian counterparts) restrained.
