Arlington, being located between Dallas and FT Worth (no where near Houston) , and a college town, is very over-crowded. Also home to the Rangers and Cowboys stadiums. Traffic is horrible.

The actual size of a city and the metro area are very misleading. To know how big a city really is your have to go bt the metro area because otherwaise you are going by imaginary lines
Aren’t these two separate things though? City proper vs metropolitan area as a whole. It all depend on how you look at it. I agree a metropolitan area can make a city seem much bigger than what it really is.
I went to high school and college (I graduated from UT-Arlington) in Arlington. Fun fact-it was considered a "boomburg", along with Anaheim, CA, and Mesa, AZ.....very large suburbs that grew super fast In fact, the mayor of Arlington in the 1950's when it was really started to grow, planned the city after Anaheim. So that's why Arlington has Six Flags (compared to Anaheim's Disney Land), etc
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS You only drove through the bad parts of town tho. Check out lake Arlington and Pantego. Arlington has a lot of multi-million dollar mega-mansions on the hills of Pantego and the shores of lake arlington.
