Love buckwheat and quinoa porridge too🤤I just take whole buckwheat and quinoa and grind it up in the nutribullet to make a flour and then add 1/2 buckwheat and 1/2 quinoa flour to water and cook up to make a porridge. Cooks in like 2 min, so quick cause it’s pre ground⏰ Sometimes I even add ground up rice and oats so basically grind up any grain and mix and match to make different porridge’s to add variety to the diet🤷♀️

So THANK YOU for your consistency and beautiful energy! 🥰 Also- I went straight to the grocery store and made both the quinoa oats and chickpea toast recipes today. I’ve never thought I could cook but your recipes are so easy to make and they were both SO GOOD! Will be having daily, 10/10 chef’s kiss 😘
Hi Hannah, thanks for another inspiring video, loving the chilled vibe. Just a lil tip for your dates. If you soak them for a while, an hour or overnight just in a small amount of water, they really mix well into the porridge 😋

I just found your channel and I feel very inspired by it! I’ve been vegan for 9 years and while it’s easy to eat like most people minus the animal products, I’ve decided to try to eat more whole foods which is a bit harder.
Hannah, Just discovered your channel. Great content. ZAATAR is one of favorite foods. I put it on warm sliced french bread and top it with olive oil. Enjoy it with separate cucumbers or peppers (cubano or chipotle). Follow with a side of melon or apricot. Looking forward to your other videos. Cheers.

I love your RUclips channel and your aesthetic! ❤ I want to become vegan but it is not easy to switch my whole diet from one day to another, I already eat like 90% of the time vegetarian but I am a student so during the weekends when I’m back home I just need to eat what my parents put on the table so it’s not easy to make the switch because I’m not alone. I also want to know which organic store you go to? I live in Belgium and they don’t have stores like this where I live so that makes it also more difficult…
It seems like you have a great routine down! I wish I could get a modified version of this with someone who has a schedule of working full-time 40+ hours a week and with kids.. For us it seems nearly impossible to be able to achieve this level of self care! I wanna do yoga, have the money to go shopping for organic foods and such. It seems you have such a beautiful life, im jealous :')
I think you hit the nail on the head there. Please don't feel jealous. This type of lifestyle is so easy if you are wealthy and don't have children. It's totally unrealistic to think that you could have the same level of self care working so many hours and with children to look after. Please be kind to yourself. You are probably doing a freaking incredible job with the time and resources you have 🥰
It’s difficult to have this lifestyle when you work 40+ hours a week whilst raising children, meal prepping on the weekend helps, cooking meals in a slow cooker saves time and can ensure nutritious meals, buying certain organic food in bulk is cheaper in the long run, I hope these tips help.

I usually like your videos but considering you are vegan it’s quite surprising that you’re wearing uggs which are made of sheep wool and skin.
