I am not here to take a stance either way, but everyone should be aware that companies are well known for hiring firms to do internal audits. Banks for example have internal auditors, they hire third party auditors (often the most stringent) as well as government audits like the FDIC. While Mr. Beast LLC is not a bank, it is a large company and this is potentially an internal audit ahead of potential other investigations. These are just my opinions and thoughts on the matter.

The part I have a problem with is the document they submitted saying no one who works for the company has a crimial history when we know that there was someone who does in fact have a violent history. I am not here to take a stance either way, but everyone should be aware that companies are well known for hiring firms to do internal audits. Banks for example have internal auditors, they hire third party auditors (often the most stringent) as well as government audits like the FDIC. While Mr. Beast LLC is not a bank, it is a large company and this is potentially an internal audit ahead of potential other investigations. These are just my opinions and thoughts on the matter.
When Something is published to the public online it immediately taints a Jury , There was a matter with a murder case having this issue.

I dont care to much for the "investigated ourselves" arguments. They hired an outside lawfirm. The part I have a problem with is the document they submitted saying no one who works for the company has a crimial history when we know that there was someone who does in fact have a violent history. Its clear that the firm they retained did not have all the fact, they hid facts, or something else was going on to gloss over public information.
He probably fired those people before letting the law firm investigate them as a loop hole

2:21 I find this second paragraph a bit strange because it makes the Beast company seem unprofessional when it comes to background checking their employees, like Delaware (Jimmy also called him Delaware in that one old video with him) is a registered SA. He was also allowed to wear a mask when he appeared in a MrBeast video. But to be fair, a multi-billion dollar law firm (a third party) was paid to investigate. So it's not like they were investigating themselves directly. But at the same time such a paid investigation obviously doesn't have the same value as a judicial investigation because of the willingness of the company itself to provide evidence.
