Ngl i wasn't expecting the snow village section to get a wholesome retrospect on Jon's community but i do agree that I'm happy to have found Jon's stream, even if i don't join live anymore for reasons I still remember how i stumbled upon trg's NSMBW and mario party 2 videos when i first got really into youtube fully Jon has always been one of a kind ever since I've watched his stuff and what i mean is he is one of the few who feel like a genuine human that you would see in cartoons. I get that you have flaws but you still feel a real role model and a good person but are also keen and smart about life Keep going forward Jon, and thanks for the laughs

At the talking about the church: If you're using the Bible to justify your own sense of superiority and be cruel to other people, you have missed the point of the Bible. My mother doesn't attend anymore because she felt like it was too backstabby, and that's entirely her right.
Traveling by boat in Phantom HourGlass did not feel too slow by illusion of moving anywhere you want. By train feels slow because locked to a set path of tracks / turns and having to loop around if the enemy trains force you to detour
I grew up in a church going house. Basically I only did it because I was forced to go, I rathered stay home and play games. My grandmother always insisted on going every week unless her back was doing really poorly that day. Things went south when the head priest died. This is a man who would still performed mass with one foot (he wore a prosthetic), a walker, and needing an air tank to breathe. A man truly dedicated to the church and his people. Everyone respected him, at least we thought. I don't think it shook her faith, but grandmom entirely stopped going when a new priest arrived and the parish essentially kicked out another nice priest. New guy came from a rich parish and started to try to make things into a business. Church bazaars every year are a huge thing in my hometown. We had a decently sized one too. Lots of games, tricky trays, food... The first year this new guy was in charge? He purchased some of those notoriously unsafe rent-a-carnival rides. The only tent I believe we had was a wine tent. It rained during the entire bazaar.
This warms my heart to see, this community is so supportive and sweet. I’ve following since the mid 2010s and I never looked back. Jon, you’re a wonderful person, never change. 🥹♥️🫂

I liked Spirit Tracks and I feel like it and Phantom Hourglass' biggest issues was speed of overworld travel.
That's agreeable. And I'd also add that, even if I enjoy the ideas, working with the DS tech mechanics is probably second banana to overworld travel.
