- I will keep this brief. It is the same helmet, with a better helmet bag, crapier packaging, and better color selection.
The helmet had impact damage on the foam out of the gate, and it is 99% the most likely suspect for the damage was in fact the poor packaging. I will not trust my personal safety to this helmet.
What it is, is a semi inexpensive skate helmet.
What it ISNT! Well read on and see below.
1) ECE certified
2) DOT Certified
3) ATSM certified, though it does appear as equilivent.
4) It is NOT a motorcycle helmet
Should you buy it? Well if you want a cool-looking helmet, and don't care about certifications or ratings then yes it's an option. It is not my place to tell you what to buy, or what not to. All I can promise is that I will give a fair and balanced chance towards all products I test, regardless if they are sponsored or not, free or not etc.
I am always willing to work with brands and manufacturers who want to receive constructive criticism and improve products. Maybe Cyrill or Nobleman Tech will reach out to me and use some of my feedback to build a better helmet. Unlike many reviewers, I don't give a damn about making money off a product sponsorship deal, if the product is hot garbage on an Arabian summer.
If you ever hear me rave about a product, it is because I genuinely like the product. I would not ever recommend a product that didn't meet my standards for safety, usability, communication and warranty repair options etc. If you hear it from me on this channel, it is my legitimate feelings and I base my review of this helmet on my legacy of being an aviation industry safety inspector and quality control inspector.
Would I trust my life to it? No. Buy a proper helmet, especially with how it comes shipped. Helmets are rated for 1 impact only.
I will use it as my guest helmet going forward when people want to try the sport of Electric Skateboarding out I will wear this and let them borrow my real helmet.
Customer service is absolutely horrid with Cyrill. It is a shit sandwich at best, Aliexpres did not rule in favor of my return of the product, nor does the company actually ship via the method you pay extra for.
It is a crap shoot, but we are all big boys and girls, so take the information I provide you in this and the Nobleman Tech videos to formulate your own opinion.
Feedback for Nobleman Tech and Cyrill:
Better packaging of items to prevent damage in storage.
Cyrill needs to work on its customer service and ensure they don't charge ridiculous prices for shipping, then pocket the extra money and send it via Chinese post.
Add some ventilation to the helmet, including an exit vent at the back.
Better clear over visor retention. In a crash, it will fail and slide off the helmet.

That was what came to you, in my case it came with its box and its cover along with the impact protectors. Hablo del cyril helmets

I'm so glad I picked up the cyril instead of the nobleman would of been a waste of money and pay 80% cheaper and looks and feels great

I wanted Nobleman but my head is too small.
The only difference is the price Cyril C200 $95.99 and $300 or more for TKO2 NobelmanTech, big difference 😮
