@@raddadonline I'm probably gonna buy it around Black Friday or something. I just bought another game not too long ago. I hope the Rayman Dlc lets you use every other character aswell unlike the Donkey Kong DLC that limited you to Dk, Cranky Kond and Rabbid Peach

I actually focused more on Mario's jump than hero sight because combine that with jump shot he becomes a serious pain from above with even better mobility when he stomps a foe. It's really good in any situation, from getting to tactical areas, from levels where an area is the target, to just getting more free damage
Probably someone else said this already but Ennui actually comes from French. In French, "ennui" means boredom and someone who is "ennuiyeux" is some who is annoying or boring. Fits Rabbid Rosalina's attitude very well

Removing the grid line limiting your movement and making it more free-moving, Mario being switchable, and the addition of the Sparks (aka Rabbid Lumas) improved the gameplay significantly. This game is an example of how a sequel should improve from its predecessor. Love this game and in my opinion is better than Mario RPG and Paper Mario. If my opinion mattered, I'd nominate this for GAME OF THE YEAR 2022. I know it has a slim chance against Elden Ring, but just to have this game nominated would be a huge win for me.
Absolutely agree with this. This game and the first one are so off everyones grid that they are underrated. The first one got me to pre order this one and this game IMPROVED on the things you said, which were exactly what I thought the first game was somewhat lacking to me. Being able to switch Mario (even though he is beyond awesome in this game) was my biggest gripe along with having to change weapons for effects and liking the skin on the other weapon kinda annoyed me. With the sparks, you can keep your skins and just change them instead. Freaking brilliant. This was my game of the year as well. I also recommend this to anyone who has a switch. 99% of people never even heard of it,especially the first one.
I bought the gold edition from amazon, and i just got to the 3rd planet last night. I finished the first rabids game, and at first I didn't like how this one played because I liked the grid system. But after a few hours of playing and learning how to better combo of the players abilities, i'm really loving it.
Be mindful of your unit placement, I went into a corner on one of the battles in the ice world and my character was unusable, just kept glitching out Likewise I once dashed behind an enemy and then was trapped behind them when they didn’t die even though I thought I’d be able to move around them afterwards Placement matters
there's a few bugs i found on an early guild I played. it seems like the longer the game is on, the more likely it is to occur. i resolved this by ending my day's play session with closing the software instead of the typical sleep mode overnight
I plan on getting this game this weekend. Never played the first game cause I wasn't a fan of the Rabbits or grid based games, but it looks really good
Hey Austin love your channel the tips you’ve shown were very helpful some of them I’ve overlooked and had to watch your videos again to understand more details by the way it sucks the skill level caps at thirty I wish the dlc increases so we can maximize the skill tree if you can pass on this message to the developers so we can use the heroes to their full potential.

I never buy ubisoft games on release but plan pick this up eventually maybe when DLC is released. they always go on sale quick and its not like i do not have 20 other things to finish playing haha
Not gonna watch this now maybe later for comparison :) Just wanted to share for ppl having a hard time with a few of the tougher battles.. so far I only played through the very first world.. my strat is about the same as it was the first game - no healer required, just get all the atk % dmg buffs (spark - starburst) possible and use Mario, Luigi and Edge while min maxing their special abilities (First you go for "max charges"). Use both abilities (spark buff and character specific ability) with everyone - dont attack (only some positioning required). Then just wait for ANYTHING to move.. whatever moves. will. die. xD So far its just a broken op strat as it was in the first game but at the same time its hilarious.
I played the first one (bought it on a sale) and enjoyed it but I don’t think enough to buy this one for full price. I’ll wait for a sale and pick this one up eventually. It looks pretty good though
Actually loads more fun than the first one due to it being less linear feeling and the ability to switch Mario is a big difference. You can run around with whoever you want, which should have been in the first one. Sometimes it's on sale on the switch online store and at Walmart, it's 40. It's worth it. Whole different game in my opinion.

I’ve gotten all the sparks, all the memories, completed all the side quests and I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten all of the weapon skins for Beacon Beach and yet it says 99% instead of 100%. Nothing shows up to still be completed on my map or in my quest log, any ideas?
Actually I’m pretty sure doing madam bwahstrella’s challenge for the first time in a kingdom gives those orbies *im not sure, I just did the challenge and got an orb
Hero Sight is not even funny since it’s just so dang broken (1-turn recharge, 2 skill charges without sight again, which can be unlimited if used correctly)

It's a faster game in general, flows way better. The first one was slower and linear than this. This one is still linear but it doesn't feel like it.
