@@nunya73 sure, but how many people have you seen going that fast with 0 traction? i know that he's just working with traction control and abs to stay up, without those it would not be possible to do that, but even then, it's still impressive.
at the end, there's only so much traction control can do, after that keeping controll is on the driver

These commentators have no idea what they’re talking about. You can tell this guy could pull this off without traction control. All that’s doing is limiting wheel spin on acceleration
@@Hobson474yeah absolutely he could do it without TC. It’s really not hard to drift a bike in the rain at corner exit, with or without TC.
What is hard is drifting a bike on exit, backing it in on entry, and being fast while doing it all. It’s not the fact that he’s sliding it’s the speed he’s riding with that’s impressive.

They are. I used to road race with a big group every weekend and went against a semi pro rider and he was done smoking a cigarette before myself and the next person crossed our chosen finish line. Can’t imagine what it would be like against these guys

As a former non pro sport bike racer I don't think people realize the skill, body control, brake bias control, and throttle control it takes to do this. His ability to crank sideays to shed speed, ensure he keeps the bike from sliding too much that you lay it down, keeping enough torque to pull through turns without so much it slips out from under you on the wet payment. Then being able to feel when the traction control engages and know how use it to your advantage rather than it throwing you off. Then putting it all together to maintain your line and put up a good nunber. Definitely a skilled rider beyond what most can even understand.
Yes we realise mate. We just don't know how to apply it like he did!

もう本当に凄いの一言。まさに神業。酷いウェット状態の路面だから普通ならスリップして転倒かコースアウトだが、滑りながらもアクセルワークとカウンター、荷重移動を巧みにコントロールしてこんな猛スピードで走行出来るだなんて…かの有名なF-1ドライバーのミハエル・シューマッハが走りの速さならF-1だろうが走りの芸術性ならば二輪のモトレースの方が遥かに上だと言うのも頷ける。
すげぇなぁ……一瞬でこける自信がある。

Great commentary also from Aussie Steve Martin, former superbike rider himself. I've watched him doing classic races on a Suzuki Katana 1100 at Phillip Island, his bike control was on another level, through turn 13 with the front wheel just off the bitumen, and me thinking, how is he turning with the rear wheel only. If he's impressed, than you know the rider is doing well. 👍🇦🇺🦘
