There was a time when I invested in a lot of products, but having clean diet, perfect sleep, hydration and exercise will give you better overall look than most people around you unless you have some skin condition that needs to be treated separately.
I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Also cut out or minimize earring chocolate, super oily stuff, and soda. my cousins always ask how i have clear skin and i literally don’t apply stuff to my face. Leading to my final tip, which is actually gonna sound crazy. But don’t use cleansers or acne removing products. I realized that yes they work but pimples would still appear from time to time. And if you even miss a day or two of your acne routine you’ll also notice some blemishes or pimples start creeping in. I genuinely believe they put stuff in these products that helps but only temporarily. i think it actually makes your skin rely on using skin care products to remain acne free. Once i stopped the acne products, there was a 1-2 month adjustment period but eventually my skin never broke out again. just my story, hope it helps.
