@@badtuna73 We wanted to downsize from our two stories four bedroom townhouse when we relocated from Lakewood to Las Vegas. Climbing stairs were no longer fun. Instead of downsizing, we bought a beautiful one story three bedrooms home on Stallion Mountain golf course. The home is 200 sq. ft. larger than the townhouse. No more stairs to climb. We don't regret moving. Take care and enjoy your beautiful home.
@Glenn Onodera we still have stairs to two bedrooms and bathroom, but our master bedroom is downstairs and close to the kitchen. So, I nevah have to go too far for food. LOL!
I was looking in that area to build my home. Do you see any construction when driving through the community?
Construction here in sudden valley is seasonal, and it takes almost two years to build. There are still available properties to build on, etc. Check out www.suddenvalley.com for more information.
