RNLB Inchcape final departure with water-jet tribute and 4 boat escort.

RNLB Inchcape left Arbroath for the final time on 17th March 2024. In this video we see the crowds gathered to watch, the final launch down the slipway, and Inchape leaving, through a water-jet tribute, escorted by the remaining Arbroath Inshore craft and well as those from flanking stations at Montrose and Broughty Ferry. She headed off to Anstruther, I don't know what the plans are after that.

Was born and lived in arbroath till 10. Ive many fond memories of the harbour from then and the odd visit to see family ❤

From what I remember the RNLI decided to remove it from Arbroath leaving the inshore craft as cover
