You know what really grinds my gears? When others judge how someone puts on their makeup, "that's too much shape tape", "that's not your foundation shade", "why does she do this or that". I feel we are all entitled to wear our makeup or clothes in the way that makes you feel the most comfortable and beautiful. I think Tati looks beautiful, she applies he makeup so well!! I love the tips and tricks she shares and it's us up to us to pick and choose which of those tips would work best for us! Thank you, Tat!!

I can see how saying she's wearing too much makeup is an unnecessary comment to leave. However, when people say she uses too much product or her foundation doesn't match its more like constructive criticism. A lot of the time girls will finish a whole bottle of foundation that doesn't match their skin tone and not realize it until someone points it out. No ones saying she looks bad , they're saying she could look better by changing some things. When doing makeup you're constantly learning and changing things you do to get better. And at the end of the day when you put content on social media you automatically subject yourself to other people's opinions. I love tati, but this is how I look at it. 😊❤️
Every makeup artist knows you have to match your face to your neck. Why's everyone in the comments complaining that Tati made her face too dark? She did that so her face would match the rest of her body AND ITS SUMMER LET HER BE BRONZED.

I don't know why ppl haven't grasped the fact that you dont match the foundation to your face but to your neck/chest so that everything matches.
Tati only shows what works for HER. She looks beautiful and knows what she's doing! I don't think she looks too dark. She looks the same as her neck and shoulders (which is the point). Stop the negativity. If you don't like it and do it a different way, great but you don't need to drag her down in the process. Love you Tati!!

Cindy honestly try putting them under your lashes (sounds scary) but it looks amazing and it's actually much easier!
If interested, I have a quick and easy lash video for magnetic eyeliner with LashLiner brand. They're freaking amazing as compared to using glue ones.
Ulta will do them for you & teach you. Best advice is to use the black DUO glue & a strip that’s clear not thick & black (they are harder to place). Ardell Demi whispies. 🙏🏽

Pedro Becerra what's the point of contouring if you have a double chin? How do you even do that?? The whole point of contouring your jaw line is to make it look crisp and sharp. You don't have a jaw line. So contouring a dark line through your double chin would look literally terrible. Probably should just skip out on that step . . .

her face matches her shoulders. how is that too dark? also. it's a tutorial on full glam cream contour and highlight. this is not an everyday look. that end piece was a joke. this is a lot. tati knows that. and if you're a subscriber you should know that too. more is more. and I love it. it's how she likes to do her make up and she's showing us how she likes to do her makeup. she knows she's extra. that's why she is glam life guru and not natural life guru. judgey the lot of you. +Fupe1000 as soon as she piled on full coverage foundation + shape tape and mentioned cream contours, i interpreted her "natural" to mean "realistic" contours rather than au naturel, everyday makeup. especially since when she goes in with her contour, she says it looks more natural when she blends it a certain way, as opposed to looking like a harsh line. so idk, to me the goal was more about creating definition that looks like it was naturally there as opposed to obviously painted on.

Etaf Hamod i have tried the liquid lipsticks, they are nice. I had dinner and some of it came off but they are super moisturizing so adding another layer is not uncomfortable. I have also the highlighting pallets they are amazing!

36 All nighter plus 14 spritzes of Fix+ and she cut the clip so I assume it was more -_- I spray my face 5 times coz 6 means a heart attack and my husband calling 911. That is a little bit too much finishing spray

Tati, can you do a video on how to correct make up mistakes?? Any hacks or tricks you have? for example dry patches, caking foundation, smudged eyeliner/mascara, make up settling into lines, creases under eyes etc I'm sure you have some ways to correct the mistakes without having to take off everything!
Julianna Kusy elf has this makeup remover pen which can aid tremendously in correcting a winged liner x
Josha Curlie what about after it's set with powder? I would be scared to go over powder with a damp sponge
Actually it works really well over powder! Just make sure that the sponge is only slightly damp and wring it out as best you can before attempting this. Dab or tap gently (NO RUBBING!!!) and it will fix all the creases! It's honestly changed my makeup game! I used to have crepey under eyes all the time but not anymore :D

kim mcdonald I have noticed a huge difference in skincare products. my mom always told me that skincare is key and start early. I never listened and now I see wrinkles. I didn't get into skincare at all until my mid thirties. I regret it deeply. I use a combo of olay regenerist dark circle corrector and brighter and elf illuminating eye cream and retinol (every two days) for my under eyes and then another crazy combo for my face. there is a big difference between high and low end. my total night time skin care routine coats just about 300.00 monthly . ..start young ladies

Tati do not listen to the negative comments. Half of the people are either jealous or don't know what they are talking about. This is a FULL GLAM LOOK. Y'all she's from California, a lot of people from California are tan either from birth, the sun or fake tan. It's beautiful and the way she does it is safe. So No harm, no foul, it looks great.

Kinda want a video from someone who shows the actual amount of time they spend blending... that way we know for sure when we try looks at home that there is more blending than a 14 minute video shows.

Lisa Goetsch are you referring to blending your contour? if so try using a foundation stick and not an actual contour product. Foundation sticks tend to be more.forgiving and start with less.product and then build. Practice Practice Practice I promise you will get It.

Angelica Crystal wet n wild has amazing highlighters! theyre like 5 bucks. i have one in the shade precious petals its a bronzy gold and works amazing on top of creams and or powders.
Angelica Crystal wet and wild has also a contour and highlight duo that is very famous! Also the butter bronzer by physicians formula is meant to be so good!
I picked up the physicians formula contour trio on a whim. I have at least a dozen contour sets... kinda obsessed. 🙈 But that one is pretty good!! Might be my favorite drugstore contour palette.

i think this look turned out beautifully. obviously, i'm not going to go this full glam every day but it's great to know how to do this for a when i want to look extra flawless! tati is a wonderful teacher and yes she bronzed a lot but by the end her face matched her body and isn't that what we all want??

Oh and hands down the best foundation contour routine because it's very in depth, I like how much you explain about what products don't work with each other.
Awesome tutorial!! I'm 37 and people think I'm in my 20's but I can't bake under my eyes anymore. I just add a dab of color corrector in the corner and then dot on minimal highlight concealer, sometimes mixing with the tiniest drop of marajuca oil and then the lightest pat of translucent powder over. Otherwise I look older!!! Any1 else?

tricia leigh YES! omg I thought it was just me doing something wrong! I gave up on trying to bake. I can't put any powder under my eyes and too much concealer cakes up too.. how does a liquid concealer look powdery? I don't get it! I put the slightest dot on and use a wet beauty blender and if it looks dry I spray the sponge with a. setting spray and lightly dab it.. its not a flawless finish but its better than Betty Crocker under my eyes!

I swear every top comment starts with "i like Tati but".... then complain about her technique like cmon you guys everyone has there own way of doing there makeup and what they like the finished product to look like, whether they make themselves tanner, lighter , wanna look like a drag queen or do barley their makeup. if you don't personally like it then tweak it not like she's saying her way is the only right way.
