念念不忘，美味鲜甜的蛤蜊汤，鲜辣汤底越喝越上瘾！
下雨天来上一碗暖胃的啦啦汤，暖心又暖胃！
材料: Ingredients:
3~5小辣椒 - 3~5bird's eye chili (chili padi)
30克 生姜 - 30g ginger
少许葱 - dash of green onion
少许芫茜 / 香菜 - dash of coriander / Chinese parsley
30g 杞子 - 30g medlar seeds (gei zi )
少许盐 - dash of salt
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
2 汤匙 鸡精汁 - 2 tbsp Concentrated Chicken Stock
3~5 汤匙花雕酒 - 3~5 tbsp Huadiao wine
半碗 米酒 - ½ bowl rice wine
三汤匙 油 - 3 tbsp Oil
800毫升 水 - 800ml water
¼ 茶匙 盐 - ¼ tbsp salt
1 茶匙 鱼露 - 1 tsp fish sauce
