I have my Bachelor degree in Public Health with a minor in Biology- my math skills are little to speak of. Will that cripple me when I get into an O.T. school?
@coolguyinthe562 Thanks for asking! While occupational therapy is a profession that historically has been "dominated" by women, today's occupational therapy workforce is about 90% female and 10% male. However, the percentage of men working in the field is indeed growing, and the job prospects for the profession as a whole remain strong.
@coolguyinthe562 Kinesiology and Psychology sounds like a great combination for a future occupational therapist! You can learn more about Admissions to our various educational programs at ot.usc.edu/admissions/how-to-apply
