Absolutely love the red 1949 Plymouth as my Dad had one that was green and remember those days of weekend drives! Many great cars shown on this video as always. Lil Red
As usual, so hard to decide on a favorite. I have to go with the 73 Charger. Always loved that body style. I never cared much for 30s or 40s cars but damn! that Mercury and the Nash are so cool. If it weren't for the Charger, I'd pick the 57 Belvedere. So cool looking. LIL RED
"Lil'Red" I have to go with the '49 Plymouth. I had one like it in the late '50s til the mid 60s. It was seemingly indestructible! Thanks for all you do! Your show continues to be the best!
I appreciate it Geoff! I had an opportunity once to buy a two door for many years close to where I work and then when I finally made a decision to check on it, then it had sold!
Lil' Red! Great show as usual Solon! You had too many great cars for me to pick just one. When I was in high school back in the mid 60's a friend of mine had an Avanti. It was a real sleeper and he was always winning top end races. I'd like to have one today!
I too like the ‘73 Charger. I had a ‘73 SE when I lived in Florida in the early eighties. Too bad it was ate up with rust. I also remember when Dodge debuted the Lil Red truck.
Lil’ red. I thought the 51 Mercury has interesting lines, then you top it with the very next car, the 36 Nash. Very cool. I think the dealer with the Belvedere is pretty aggressive with that price. Another great selection, Solon.
1) It was bought out by Packard. 2) Transtar sounds like an International H. name. Yet Studebaker did have names like Starlight and Starliner.... hmmm. I'll take door #4 Belvedere. 3) Imagine Kelly Bundy jumping up and down announcing "Avanti!"
I watch the Victoria series at Salam Speedway alot, that didn't look like Salam, and by the way I got all of the suddy answers right ,I live beside a Studebaker dealership, when I was growing up, so I knew quite a bit of the history 😊😊
YOU know in August of 1962 I was 11 years old, and I watched the first Avanti delivered off the truck at the Studebaker dealership, and they never but Studebaker on the Avanti, so I thought that Studebaker was getting into the over seas car market, and I truly loved what it looked like, I have always wanted one 😀
Lil’ Red. Absolutely love that Belvedere and Mercury. Great shows, brother
My favorite is the model A Pickup
Good pick Steve!
Sweet Ride.
Absolutely love the red 1949 Plymouth as my Dad had one that was green and remember those days of weekend drives! Many great cars shown on this video as always. Lil Red

A Hot Wheels was the first car I learned to drive! LOL!

Good choices! That 73 was my favorite as well!

Lil' Red! Great show as usual Solon! You had too many great cars for me to pick just one. When I was in high school back in the mid 60's a friend of mine had an Avanti. It was a real sleeper and he was always winning top end races. I'd like to have one today!
One sat on a street corner in Cordova, Alabama, for years. When I finally decided to check on it, after passing it by for years, it had already sold!
