  • When you can catch a day mid-week when there is very little powerboat traffic and thus the water is relatively flat, and yet you have winds in the 20 to 25 knot range, it's like winning the lottery. One of the few times I've ever moved my mainsheet hook to the forward clew position but it was the right call for these conditions. Managed fast but not strenuous sailing in these conditions with these settings. The Weta has only a few but very effective control settings and if you match them to the conditions the boat can do remarkable things. Time on the water, experimenting with different settings in various conditions, is highly valuable.
