I am a Baker, crafts person and this is the only unit I have seen ANYWHERE that holds parchment, saran, aluminum foil and even paper towels. I need one of these

if you put it upside down then paper cutting could be more easier than moving hand towards upward direction.

There is no real purpose for those middle shelves; the sticks to hold the metal pieces are more than enough aren't they?
