Thank you for guiding me to feel like a lava lamp, where vibrations erupted, and settled back, to ever-present stillness. Was a new meditation experience for me. And somehow my limited understanding of yinyang grew from “there’s good and there’s bad” to stillness/energy being “two sides of the same coin.”
Thank you as always, these are such a gift :-) curious about the “other meditative exercises to sharpen things up a bit”, anything in particular that’s recommended?
Happy Saint Patrick's day from Ireland Michael. Thanks, as always, for the sure-handed guidance. May all beings find peace.
