Have you ever thought about taking out Apoll for I:P so you can make S:P on the enemy turn? Awesome deck btw. New lightsworn support is incredibly goated
@@ichmag11 That's probably a good idea, you'll make I:P more often than Apollousa. Right now, I'm playing on the DC with this deck as well, replaced Apollousa with Abyss Dweller, since you also make rank 4s easily, and it's useful in some match-ups like Tearlaments or SEFK.
@@Enyalus87 With this deck I've climbed to M1 quickly, only got stuck in M2 for a while (sometimes it's one of those days you win 1 then lose 1 right after), but eventually got a winstreak that pushed me to M1. I'd say that the standard Bystial Centur-ion deck has some advantages (I've played that as well), doesn't suffer as bad to Maxx C, and has more room for handtraps, which help a lot going 2nd. However, this deck has more extension (you don't lose to your opponent popping Primera), and it also has the surprise factor on its side, you can start with Centur-ion, then if you get interrupted you keep playing with the Horus and the Lightsworn, or vice-versa. The regular Centur-ion deck is more of a midrange deck, somewhat linear, but consistent and with room for non-engine. This pile leans more into combo, and has more of a "pure gas" approach (less non-engine, more extension). I guess in the end it depends on what playstyle you prefer. If you have the cards, there's no harm in trying this out. Regardless, I am happy that you find this deck and the video interesting! Thanks, and happy dueling!
@@mythraawakens15 If it worked in Master I'm sure it will work in Plat as well. The deck is a bit expensive though, but if you like it and have the means to buy/craft it then go for it.
Shifter is good against this deck, but it's not an insta loss. The Centur-Ion part of the deck can somewhat play under Shifter since Auxila can get from banished as well (the field spell first effect, to get a monster into the S/T zone, doesn't work though), and Shifter is also a Dark monster so Bystials aren't entirely dead.
Got say one best deck I seen got me two max lvl in duslist cup ty posting this deck on youtube
@@chaosfox1003 You're welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Happy dueling!

Woah. I just got to M5 yesterday with Bystial Centurion. This looks so fun. What do you think would be easier to climb with?

@@philips_yugioh Hi, I really like this combo, I'm on platinum, do you recommend crafting this deck?

Time to add some shifter to my deck I guess..
