Hey from BW to BW, we definitely face particular barriers that no one else understands. Alot of us bury our trauma deep down. We have mother wounds, father wounds etc. now we must give ourselves the love we wish we had as kids. Society can be so unforgiving. I want to let you know you are enough, you are lovable, and God loves you very much. Keep going, take baby steps. Go at your own pace. Proud of you!!!!
I recommend you work on loving yourself. You are a beautiful person even with the extra weight you are carrying now. I recommend you pray to Jesus for help in loving yourself and to stop your binge eating. Jesus is always there for you....he loves you, and you should daily tell yourself I love myself and I will love my body and will focus on eating healthy food instead of fast food. You are beautiful inside and out, and Jesus will help you feel his love.

So glad I found your videos. I’m a food addict too and Im going to join food addicts anonymous for help. That dopamine hit is the same as with drugs and alcohol. This really took off during COVID. Gained 100 pounds
Research the food industry, never blame yourself. Food producers aren't your friend, start a fruit fast for a couple months then start an exercise program. A fruit fast will for 3 months will do some damage I assure you.
I wish I could give you a hug. You truly are authentic and honest with yourself. My words of encouragement are to take it one day at a time. Don't think about the future so much and live in this moment. Regarding the food part I think making small changes will help. Fasting is a big jump. I wouldn't advise that. Maybe when you go out get the burger but substitute the fries for something more healthy or drink water instead of soda. I'm not sure of your routine. But it's about making small changes. If you can try to walk once a day or maybe find people who enjoy being outdoors and y'all take a stroll. Community is so important. I am sending many blessings 💜💜💜
❤️🙏🏾 you're speaking of what a lot of people go through. It's kind of nice to hear someone talking about it openly. I think you are going to get everything taken care of in due time. It's a shame how larger people are made to feel. You're a person.... period.
Wow. At 25 this was my exact story but I was escaping my narcisstic religious family. Also I was abused and ov3r fed as a child and it sticks with u. But i went to therapy, started walking more when i was bored, and got off of social media. Ive lost 80 lbs after gettin to the root of my food addiction. Still got 50-60 more I wanna lose but Im doing it slowly and mindfully so it doesnt come back. U got this lovely lady ❤❤❤
I so get it girl!! You’re definitely not alone. I ended up getting gastric sleeve surgery to help with my food addiction. I still struggle with it, but it’s not as bad anymore. You got this beautiful!!!
Girly!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH❤❤❤❤ for this video. I'm a 32 yr woman who has struggled with gluttony and binge eating all of my life. Your testimony about binge eating is the only one I can 100% relate too. The Lord used your video to help me stay on track. I wanted to crash out but he showed me your video as motivation then I'm not alone in this battle. Stick with Jesus sis no matter how hard it hurts
The one thing about hitting bottom is there’s no other way but up! & sister you are on your way back up because you took the first step by admitting it! & that’s half the battle. Imma pray for you sister and I already know you’re going to be helping others with your story, ur going to be fine ( love you just because)
Your honesty is therapy. You are going to get better. You are SO HONEST ! And SO ACCOUNTABLE! And you are very pretty btw hun. Jeep these videos coming you will get through this
I'm all for it. Your way may not fit everyone, but if it works for you 🎉🎉🎉. You are young, girly. You will figure out what you want out of life. Just be safe out there.❤
I’m right there with you. I got myself a dietitian and asked about weightloss pills. I’m cut down on starches and eating more vegan protein. I’m determined to do better this time.
Oh my goodness your testimony sounds like me in my 20s. Bless your presence soul. It will be okay. Shoutout to you for taking steps to better your situation
Yea I think food addiction is something most of us battle with.Foods are addictive these days. I recently bought a food appetite suppressant . You beautiful. You ever in Missouri feel free to stay awhile not living in the car
I swear I understand. I dug food that I had wrapped in a plastic bag out of the trash. I threw it away to not binge. As soon as I got stressed at work, I left and dug that food out. I left work for garbage food. I told my doctor that she said I'm going to grant you your referral miss lady😂😂
I did this so many times I can’t believe I forgot to mention it. It got really bad to where I had to spray like Lysol on food and throw it away to make sure that I didn’t grab it back out the trash. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Believe it or not, you’ve won half the battle 👍 The simple fact that you’re not in denial and course correcting is a huge step!!! Some of the best sleep I’ve ever gotten was when I lived in my car, and it was because I was away from certain people; and that’s also probably why you’ve been feeling good. Sometimes getting away from old environments is enough for us to make positive change ~ But keep getting to the root of the issue (childhood stuff) and if living in your car is helping you make changes in areas that are important to you, then be there as long as you need to… as long as you’re healthy and safe. 🌸🌸🌸🌸
Thank you for sharing your story. I hope you are able to find the support you need to overcome. Your transparency lends itself to others who may be sharing your experience.
Where you are right now is intentional!! Sometimes God temporarily uses isolation to draw you closer to Him. Read your Bible or Bible app a little each day, spending time with God and He will reveal ❤❤❤ love you sis, thank you for sharing. Also, SAME 😂😂😂😂 the whole story, SAME ❤
Thanks for sharing. That takes a lot to open yourself up to others especially online. ✨YOUR LIFE IS CHANGING GIRL✨Don’t worry, embrace it. Been living in my car since May. My choice cause I wanted to save enough money for a camper. I’m done paying rent to these ppl who don’t give a damn about others. I’m happier than when I was struggling in an apartment with 2 other ppl, account always in the negative 🙄 So far so good with saving. Hopefully will have my camper by the end of 2025. Blessings to you and your journey 🦋🍃✨

Ok, i'm in the same boat. I have celiac disease. I cook at home. I'm on low income disability. Fast food is a addiction . I make homeaid soups . Cook my own meals. I just recently stopped buying snacks. I'm on low income disability now. So i have to budget my food bill. Drink water. Can you get into low income housing? Start walking around the block for 20 minutes before you eat everyday. ❤
Thanks for sharing. I have a job so I wouldn’t qualify for low income housing. But honestly I just want to travel . I can’t be stuck in an apartment anymore
@@WellnessMe28 Travel where? That seems to be a statement that everyone states. While the scenery might change a bit, you are still the same person and likely to do the same thing you've done at home 🏡 at a higher expense for a short period of time. Doesn't make sense to me. 🤓
Girl omg your story hit so hard I can relate with the snacks and the Dominoes especially in the past 3 years. I used to hide my doordash orders and food bags but I’ve finally gotten back to exercising praying and meditating. Thank you for sharing this you’re so brave and gorgeous ❤
I appreciate your transparency! Depression is debilitating and side effects are unlimited. Consistent proper hygiene is not a high priority. You will get through this phase and see progess soon. Stay aware, keep moving and walking. 😊

Much respect for being so authentic about ur situation. I will lift u up in prayer . One positive thing I do is my devotionals every morning with the CS LEWIS channel and ongoing prayer and reading my Bible. I’m still struggling with depression and doing the best I can for now and asking God to help me.
It’s real for sure. I used to call myself a junk food junkie. We are what we say, speak positive and work slowly to improve. But I totally understand it. Be careful that’s the road to diabetes, high cholesterol and so many other health and mental issues. Sitting in your car definitely won’t help the cause. I have a sit down job and it is not helping me at all physically. I have to be deliberate about exercising. Darling, you are a beautiful person inside and out. Do whatever works for you to get well. Video was great!!
1:53 I clicked because you look like 18 year old me and then I started listening and feel myself getting emotional. It’s like listening to myself and looking in the mirrors. Our struggles are the same but slightly different….. I just wanted to say sweet girl, get in that gym and do that shadow work. You’re still SO YOUNG. And the face card is never going to decline I’m so sorry you’re struggling right now. You WILL overcome this. BED is ridiculous and SO frustrating. Be strong and do right by yourself. I’m proud of you for confronting your issues. You’re not alone. I see a lot of my previous self in you. Therapy gave me my life back. Just know there are tools to help you move forward.
Im so glad this was one of the first videos that popped up for me in 2025! There can be liberation in restriction - forcing ourselves to confront whats harming us without the distraction of stuff. You may not have intended for that to be your message but thats what Im receiving and appreciating. Rooting for you girl!
It's a disorder with your pituitary gland and emotional. Medication and professional counseling to unpack the layers of suppressed things. It will be such a relief for you. love you and praying for you.
And also think about life goals for your future especially a successful job paying good money and a home with a family (yes, a future partner). There are options about the kinds of home like Amazon list a tiny house for sale very very cheap. It was gorgeous. So set goals for a successful life, for your food addiction to go away and for your life goals toward a family life. And remember, give these life goals to the Lord for him to work them out. 💜
Hello sweet girl, I just came up on your channel and have decided to subscribe....You and I have alot in common as it relates to the depression & my "new found" eating addiction brought on by my MDD & Anxiety which I've suffered with for MANY years! I'm so happy that you've chosen to share your story bcoz it may be able to help someone else who's too embarrassed, alone or ashamed and feels judged so keep up the fight and I wish you nothing but the best!! We will win the fight over food addiction caused by depression 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽🩷🩷🩷💯💯💯
You are a beautiful young woman and I know that you will overcome this addiction. ❤ Journal daily (ex. Prayer, food, activities, thoughts, goals, etc.) to note your progress. You got this baby girl!! I’m excited for your future!😊
I have the same story about using food to comfort myself at age 25. At 25 I started a stressful job and I did not know how to sooth myself. They had lots of free junk food at work and well.....I ate it. I hated cross country in High School but I began walking to work and riding my bike because DPhil said we have to replace one addiction for another. I walk 30 minutes a day now in retirement to sooth my anxiety but I will binge at times if my family comes around with their narcissistic behaviour that brings up trauma. One thing that I found to be true at age 65 is that GOD had a plan for me since i was a child it just takes time and suffering to have it revealed. A daily diary was my game changer and it reveals what patterns and what plan is inside you.
I feel for you sis, I believe you can overcome this. If you can focus your mind on something else I belong you can help overcome this. Don't be afraid to try new things, new hobbies, etc. Blessings 🙏🏽

I have the exact same problem except with alcohol. I’m completely bored every single day with no friends or family it sucks it’s like that’s the reason I can’t stop bc I have no life!
I really understand where you coming from by binge eating came from after having my first kid… I was 17 and my dad was ashamed of me and after I had my kid he went in on my weight and that’s when it started….I hope you have a wonderful journey to better health…

Hi, honey. I haven't finished watching this but I just want to give my love and support. I used to overeat and binge due to intense, physical pain. I went for more than 30 years with undiagnosed autoimmune diseases. I won't go into detail because this is your space but at one time I weighed 200lbs. I'm barely 5'2" and have small bones.
Thank u ☺️
I recommend you work on loving yourself. You are a beautiful person even with the extra weight you are carrying now. I recommend you pray to Jesus for help in loving yourself and to stop your binge eating. Jesus is always there for you....he loves you, and you should daily tell yourself I love myself and I will love my body and will focus on eating healthy food instead of fast food. You are beautiful inside and out, and Jesus will help you feel his love.
You are taking positive steps. God loves you and will never leave you. Keep building on the things you ARE accomplishing. God bless
Thank you, I will
This channel is going to help a lot of people and especially you. I am experiencing the same addiction issues as you, along with depression. You are creating a vital space with this channel. I'm praying for your recovery and success. Thanks for letting me be a new subscriber. I'm looking forward to more of your content.
Thank you so much and thanks for sharing. Let’s get through this together. 😇😇
So glad I found your videos. I’m a food addict too and Im going to join food addicts anonymous for help. That dopamine hit is the same as with drugs and alcohol. This really took off during COVID. Gained 100 pounds
Wow, I didn’t know food addicts anonymous is a thing I’m going to have to look into that because it is a real struggle.
I didn't know about this either
@@TravelingWithTish right I need to look into it
Research the food industry, never blame yourself.
Thank you for the tips 💜💜
Thank you for sharing your story❤... it took great courage to speak about your addiction, and you should be proud of yourself. I am.
Thank you!!! ♥️
❤️🙏🏾 you're speaking of what a lot of people go through. It's kind of nice to hear someone talking about it openly. I think you are going to get everything taken care of in due time. It's a shame how larger people are made to feel. You're a person.... period.
Thank you
Wow, thank you so much for sharing. I hope you have the greatest new year ever.❤️🙏🏽💫
Thank you for being brave and posting this. Continue to follow your heart. It is your inner compass and will not lead you astray.
Thank you ! 🥰🩷
I so get it girl!! You’re definitely not alone. I ended up getting gastric sleeve surgery to help with my food addiction. I still struggle with it, but it’s not as bad anymore. You got this beautiful!!!
Thank u!! 💜 ❤️
I’m so glad you found my video. Thank you so much. Let’s get through this together.💜😇💫
The one thing about hitting bottom is there’s no other way but up! & sister you are on your way back up because you took the first step by admitting it! & that’s half the battle. Imma pray for you sister and I already know you’re going to be helping others with your story, ur going to be fine ( love you just because)
Thank you so much
I have to sub is the raw honesty for me
Thank you so much for your support💛
I have lived with food addiction. It's good to see you face it head on. Now that you recognize you can change it. ❤ sending love

Thank you so much. This lifestyle is definitely for me right now ❤️
I’m right there with you. I got myself a dietitian and asked about weightloss pills. I’m cut down on starches and eating more vegan protein. I’m determined to do better this time.

Let’s do this together ❤️
You remind me so much of Anansa Simms. She's a model like her mother Beverly Johnson. I wish you a Happy and safe New Year.
I just looked her up lol
Oh my goodness your testimony sounds like me in my 20s. Bless your presence soul. It will be okay. Shoutout to you for taking steps to better your situation
Thank you so much!
Yea I think food addiction is something most of us battle with.Foods are addictive these days. I recently bought a food appetite suppressant . You beautiful. You ever in Missouri feel free to stay awhile not living in the car
Thank u ☺️
Sometimes getting away from old environments is enough for us to make positive change ~
But keep getting to the root of the issue (childhood stuff) and if living in your car is helping you make changes in areas that are important to you, then be there as long as you need to… as long as you’re healthy and safe. 🌸🌸🌸🌸
Yesss thank you so much 🌹 🌼
Thank you for sharing your story. I hope you are able to find the support you need to overcome. Your transparency lends itself to others who may be sharing your experience.
Thank you💕
Where you are right now is intentional!! Sometimes God temporarily uses isolation to draw you closer to Him. Read your Bible or Bible app a little each day, spending time with God and He will reveal ❤❤❤ love you sis, thank you for sharing. Also, SAME 😂😂😂😂 the whole story, SAME ❤
Yes! Thank you!
Yess I’m way happier but unfortunately my car got stolen on Christmas and I’m working on getting another car
@ Damn girl I just watched that video. I just recently heard 14 yr olds are stealing cars out here too 👀I’m so sorry. I’m glad you got all your stuff it looks like in the vid. People are messed up 🤦🏽♀️. Maybe you could rent a car 🤷🏽♀️… But who knows this could potentially be a necessary part of your process to get you to where you want to be. Keep pushing forward girl!🙏🏽
@@WellnessMe28
Travel where? That seems to be a statement that everyone states.
While the scenery might change a bit, you are still the same person and likely to do the same thing you've done at home 🏡 at a higher expense for a short period of time.
Doesn't make sense to me. 🤓
Girl omg your story hit so hard I can relate with the snacks and the Dominoes especially in the past 3 years. I used to hide my doordash orders and food bags but I’ve finally gotten back to exercising praying and meditating. Thank you for sharing this you’re so brave and gorgeous ❤
Yes, I used to hide my food. It’s so embarrassing thank you for listening. I really appreciate it. 💜🤩
I appreciate your transparency! Depression is debilitating and side effects are unlimited. Consistent proper hygiene is not a high priority. You will get through this phase and see progess soon. Stay aware, keep moving and walking. 😊
Thank you I will🤩
You’re beautiful and you will overcome you got this!❤️❤️💕sending love, hugs and prayers!!!

I admire your bravery & strength of coming on here to lay out your struggles. It is commendable. You're on the right path sis, you're aware and acknowledge your situation, which a lot of people fail to do. I wish you nothing but the best . ❤ from South Africa 🇿🇦

I just want to let you know that you are amazing and you're definitely not the only one. I know u will thrive one day. Keep going ❤❤
This is why I don't watch TV anymore, real content!!! I was here, but I got sick of myself and started walking as much as I could. You are saving lives, young lady! You're beautiful BTW!!
Thank you so much wow I really appreciate that🥰🙏🏽
Much respect for being so authentic about ur situation. I will lift u up in prayer . One positive thing I do is my devotionals every morning with the CS LEWIS channel and ongoing prayer and reading my Bible. I’m still struggling with depression and doing the best I can for now and asking God to help me.
Thank you. Definitely go to god 😇
Being in my car has helped me. I also have a 9-5 sit down job. Everybody is different. Thanks
Trust me bbg I know how hard it is. ❤
Thank you so much omg have a happy new year💜🎊

Yay! Thank you! 😊
So refreshing to see someone take accountability. I’m also a person who has an unhealthy relationship with food. I hope that everything works out for you.
Thank you so much 🥰
I’m proud of you for confronting your issues. You’re not alone. I see a lot of my previous self in you. Therapy gave me my life back. Just know there are tools to help you move forward.
Thank you!! Have a great new year 🎊
Im so glad this was one of the first videos that popped up for me in 2025! There can be liberation in restriction - forcing ourselves to confront whats harming us without the distraction of stuff. You may not have intended for that to be your message but thats what Im receiving and appreciating. Rooting for you girl!
Thank you! Happy new year 🎊🎆
It's a disorder with your pituitary gland and emotional. Medication and professional counseling to unpack the layers of suppressed things. It will be such a relief for you. love you and praying for you.
Thank you 🙏🏽
And also think about life goals for your future especially a successful job paying good money and a home with a family (yes, a future partner).
@@namor521 thank you 🙏🏽
I have the same story about using food to comfort myself at age 25.
Yes God always has a plan. Thanks for sharing ❤
I feel for you sis, I believe you can overcome this. If you can focus your mind on something else I belong you can help overcome this.
Don't be afraid to try new things, new hobbies, etc. Blessings 🙏🏽

Not a Maury episode wow
I have the exact same problem except with alcohol. I’m completely bored every single day with no friends or family it sucks it’s like that’s the reason I can’t stop bc I have no life!
That’s exactly how I feel which is why I created a RUclips channel so I can have something to do
I really understand where you coming from by binge eating came from after having my first kid… I was 17 and my dad was ashamed of me and after I had my kid he went in on my weight and that’s when it started….I hope you have a wonderful journey to better health…
That’s horrible. Let’s get through this together ❤️

Hi, honey. I haven't finished watching this but I just want to give my love and support.
