Fact. I traded in my Yaris for one the same exact style a 19 S.E. with 0 miles. With 2repos on my credit 5 years ago. 🤷🏻♂️ Toyota finance gets it done. In love with my car. Upgrading now in a couple of months to the 2021 because I’m due for it through vip loyalty program.

Toyota really learned from those floor mat issues in the past causing unintended acceleration, they have the bottom hinged gas pedal and two hooks without pre installed mats

If you’re on a budget and don’t have much to put down and don’t care about buying gas I’d get the Camry. If you have more to spend and don’t mind the shorter range or having to recharge every so often/wait 45 minutes at a supercharger then the Tesla is the smarter choice. I have a Camry because it was about $25k and I paid it off quickly but if I had a higher income and was a bit more patient I would’ve maybe gotten a Model 3. To each their own. Whatever you choose I’m sure you’ll be happy. The only thing I’m not liking about this Camry is having to get gas mainly because gas keeps creeping up here in California and it’s the most expensive here compared to any other state. But it’s a smooth ride with a decent amount of power so no complaints other than rising gas costs.
I got this now on rental w/ 1k miles on it. The seat is very comfortable and I like it overall...I would only purchase this if it was V6 engine though and AWD :)

Just bought a 2022 and I love it! My only complaint is the stupid grill, every time I pull out a driveway the stupid grill pops out. It should be higher than it is.

I agree with you sir. I was just explaining to somebody on this thread that most people who buy toyotas, they buy to keep them minimum 10 years as they are generally low cost maintenance and keep their value too.

Out of all car manufacturers I trust Toyota the most because they know how to build a reliable car. Some car reviewers mention the lack of power that comes from the 2.5L . I don't know why the have to keep mentioning it. It's a decent powered engine where you can easily go with the flow It's not meant to be a racer. Long story short to me Toyota is the brand I trust.
Excellent point on the rear door. First time a reviewer has ever mentioned this. Too bad about all the exposed metal on the trunk. Does not help with the sound deafening. No rear air on an SE...not good. Please review the Hybrid SE. Ching made an excellent point of the seats wearing. What is included in the convenience package? Please review the Hybrid SE vs SE. One thing I want bigger is the button to turn on the interior light is a bit small and hard to see at night, maybe I used to the old one which the button is bigger and the light was brighter

Not a fan of the dealer installed pinstripes. Makes the car look worse. If I was purchasing this I would request the stripes removed before signing. Nice car overall
I wish they all had remote start. Apparently it’s only on Camry vehicles that have the audio plus package. That package is standard on xle and XSE trims but le and se it’s an optional package. My se doesn’t have that package so when I tried to use remote start nothing happened.
I really dislike the extra black trim around the front side fake vents that droop down to the side of the car :/ but other than that its a nice little refresh
I read all of this reviews almost don't buy my camry 2020 after reading. But I decided buy and I have the car for almost 3 months and never have a single issue with the battery.

They drive nice but they have those turbos which can cause engine problems in the long run. If I had to chose one is the Toyota which are gonna lasts longer IMO.
Good job. Is this standard 2021 Camry SE or it is with some kind of additional package/s? For example, push button start, guided grid lines for backup camera,etc.
I came here to ask this as well. From looking at Toyota's website. The push button start is apart of the convenience package. While the blindside detection and other related features are a different package. That said, the cruise control features he talks about are included (there seems to be a slightly more bulky version of this software in XSE and XLE trims), as well as the grid-line and lane departure.
This is the standard. I have a 19 Camry SE with the upgrade package. (Moonroof, Dual zone climate control, push button start, paddle shifters, Qi Wireless Charger)

Actually, the seat cloth insert is strips of alternating vinyl and cloth and is quite delicate. Mine started showing threads at 5 k

Good god those are some huge bezels on the infotainment display. C'mon Toyota, you can do so much better.
The bezels are on the screen not around. Around the screen is a black area for buttons and lnobs
