IKEA Project : MALM Bed - Step by Step

My friend and his wife bought the new bed (MALM series) from IKEA (Thailand), The MALM bed frame size 180 x 200 cm use with SKORVA midbeam, LURÖY Slatted bed base (90 x 200 cm) and MALM bed storage box for high bed frame (not include in this video).

Hi , I was trying to put this bed together but made an mistake, I put the huge circle screws the wrong way and know they are stuck and I can’t get them out .. do you know how I can get them out 😭
