LEGO Ghostbusters: Hauntings Of Birch Library
Birch Library was a small bookstore in Manhattan. But one day that would change. During its history a man in a black hat and black tuxedo died there. He was a not a kind person, and he haunts the library himself, but not other spirits. Immediately the Ghostbusters were involved and came to see what was all of the ruckus. The ghost had powers that were aggressive like poltergeists. Just shortly after, the Library was cleaned up and no spirits came there ever since.
Some inspiration came from Willard Library in Evansville, Indiana, which you can check that out yourself.
