People have been talking about the limitation on 1:12 scale and yet these companies are proving otherwise. I love how they can deliver this product and yet Mezco and other companies lack at many things.
This has got to be one of the best channels that I have stumbled upon. The content is amazing and as soon as I watched one I just kept watching all of them. I hope that you keep up the good work the content is 10/10 and the consistency is immaculate. I only have one question, are you ever going to review some revoltechs? they have great ones coming out like the ninja gaiden and the joker 1.5. Screaming face looks odd... just like in the game!! So a spot-on recreation :P Though in the game his face looks a bit too... full when screaming in anger, whereas here it looks a bit too hollow. Difficult to nail. But other than that, another amazing third-party (knock-off?) release.
It looks great only issue is too many things are magnet dependant and not pegs or ball jointed. Magnets might seem like a great idea on paper for figures, but over time as magnets age, they begin to lose their charge, if most of the armor pieces are magnet dependant, what happens to those pieces once the magnetic pull becomes weak, u essentially have a non armored kratos . It looks great just not the biggest fan of magnets keep in mind preorder is a $20-30 down payment depending on what version you are getting.
Hope the ankle stays strong over time, with the gap it looks that it can be done better. Also I wish the remove the sliver part on the waist and use chainmail to see if improves the articulation.
saw a few people cut off a few parts of the waistguard to improve leg movement range. what are your thoughts on the articulation? can he pull-off most (if not all) of kratos' dynamic poses?

I remember seeing this somewhere but it somehow slipped my mind (maybe I've ignore it due to the steep pricing of the deluxe version 😛) but luckily your video popped up and refreshed my memory and I'm quite glad to be able to have a look at the actual figure to ensure it is worth getting.
That looks so much better and has more accessories than the upcoming Spin Master Kratos figure, but of course the Spin Master one is gonna be the cheaper option.
7:57 how do I heat up the joints . Ik ppl say use a blowdryer, but like how. Do i just hold the figure and turn the heat up to the highest setting and blow dry with the piece still on or do I remove it?

Not all magnets are created the same wont be surprised if some people have issues with their magnets not holding things I place once it hits consumers. Then again great idea on paper. But if you collecting this as a collector grade level figure you have to consider the long term quality overtime. Not a bad figure from what I'm seeing just dont the biggest fan of many pieces of armor being dependent on magnets only
All i can say. By a 3rd party figure. It looks great! And i hope for the future they make a god of war 3 kratos figure with blades of athena and blades of exile. Idk maybe just me wishing. But still. Absolute gorgeous!

I have a 1/4th Kratos from Neca (its great) and it doesnt look this good! This one is practically perfect with the exception of the screaming head which looks a bit off to me. $105 with all that stuff is not bad I guess. I hate that 1/12th figures are going over $100 but Figmas and BringArts are doing it all the time and dont look this good
It's so good! They really crush it. People on Instagram keep saying crap about not having to pay a licensing fee (and I get that), but 3rd party companies knock it out with their original concepts too

What doesn't make sense is how McFatlane head sculpts are getting progressively shitter. The latest Batman lines are beyond embarrassing... Go look at the Forever head sculpts again objectively after your live stream and tell me after holding Kratos that they're not a 3/10. They're shocking. Jim Carrey probably didn't even need to sign off on his likeness, why would he need to. Even the Neca ones are better. And now Todd wants more money for them?!?! They're no better than the kids spinmaster toys nowadays. Don't get me started on the Superman head sculpt debacle. There's a whole Chinese market for replacement McFarlane head sculpts now
