This was an excellent interview. I created a group of 35 women a few days that is going to read the Bible together using The Bible Recap materials and podcast starting January 2022. These ladies are SO excited about the upcoming year because we know that 2022 is OUR year to successfully read the whole Bible for the first time in our lives :)

Because of the Bible Recap I’m on day 119 of reading my Bible every day!!
It’s a great program and so helpful in creating a fantastic habit of Bible reading! (and understanding 😉)

Thank you so much for having TLC on your show. When I saw how long the video was I thought "there's no way I'm sitting through this whole thing". An hour and a half later here I am! I pray that you guys have much success and what you put your hands to. I'm close to ending my first year in the Bible recap and not only am I planning to go through it again, I'm going to drag 150 friends with me! Only 150 because that's the limit in the Bible app.

Thank you for sharing your story Tara Leigh, what God did really through you. The challenge you took on to read through the Bible, the blessing of how it all came together for you, getting to know God more intimate, getting more people involved in just reading the Bible and helping them understand what they are reading is amazing !!! It was a lot of work to get this going. Wow. What a great impact. "We can't follow through for the hope of results we can only follow through for the sake of faithfulness. What God initiates he will sustain and he will fulfill." Amen

Thank you all for this snapshot into the life of TLC!
With someone I have spent time listening to for several months this year, it's nice to know some of your back story!
    I too love adventure.
I'm laughing at crying at pizza in the trash can and actual lives changing across the globe as you're trying to keep up with the work of digging into scripture to share.
    Thank you TL ❤️

That part about wanting to walk away from the faith due to her sense of entitlement of what she thought God owed her....that was me too! For so long it was about doing things to get what I wanted from God until He revealed my heart to me as well.

1 Timothy 2:12 - But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
1 Corinthians 14:34 - Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
1 Corinthians 14:35 - And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
1 Timothy 2:11 - Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

I understood this Bible studies are for women. Community in Jesus and God's Word is so important amongst women !! Have you heard about "God's heart for women"? And how He wants to use them in His Kingdom starting with Jesus talking to Mary and telling her to go and tell Jesus' brothers in John 20, 17 ?

@@angelikaragsdale5585 You are trying to use one of the devil's oldest tricks; "Did God REALLY SAY..."
Yeah, that didn't work out for Eve, did it? Make excuses for knowing the word of God and REFUSING TO OBEY GOD. -And don't try to add demonic confusion between fellowship and disobediently taking on the role of a minister or pastor in which God FORBIDS for women as it is written.
I know that you know the difference between the two, so don't even try to throw confusion against the word of God.
You either accept or reject the laws that God creates for us.
