Ahhhe! The ocean story is so triggering. When I was 5 my we lived in Long Island. My dad was a Coastie. He knew a lot of things about a lot of things but wasn't good at smart choices. Every weekend he took me from 6am-6pm walking through the preditor infested woods with his camera, a sack lunch and a compass. Otherwise he took me to the ocean to the beach. On one occasion he took me out in a signed out Coast Guard aluminum aprox. 6foot row boat into the Atlantic. The sky grew dark and the worst weaher came from the ocean itself. I remember the rollercoaster affect, but in my nightmare it was the boat being tipped sideways as the wave rose. We were horizontal with the width of the wave. I was so afraid of rolling out. He was unaware of MY body weight/gravity, it was much lighter than his. Wave after wave... I was growing tired in my strength to hold on. He got the boat cleverly turned around in his surfboarding mind strategy and now we were sky high on the chopping waves. This roller-coaster had no seatbelts, no lap bar. It was slapping against the sea every time the wave dropped. All I had to hold onto was the bench, he was busy rowing. The bout was filling. I felt like this guy is worse than a kid, he can't be trusted. I knew better than he did when it came to common sense. He thought us getting home alive proved what a good seaman he was. He put me once in the ocean when it was time for jellyfish to feed. 5 years old, in freezing water, shivering begging "It's to cold Daddy, can you take me in the boat now?" Kept telling me wait a little more. And he watched me. Soon I was surrounded by jellyfish. Pleading, begging, he just said, hold still and they won't sting you. The way I was taught to be obedient. I always hated having to put that life jacket on, because he could feel like he could take greater risk, I might not die.I have photographic memory. It's not always a blessing. I loved the stories. I didn't expect to get a flash back. Life can be a thriller for some of us. Some of us seek it. Some of us don't. We become co-existants and a wierd indescribable unspoken familiarity forms. It's always present. And somehow after our experiences we are forever changed and the Scary is... like those wolves and bears, that ocean, that tangled beast with hornes, bigger than we are but we're with that extra large view of everything in life. It seperates us from others who recognize the way we're forever different in all we say, do, think, feel. We can never even tell for lack of time, all the things that being able to walk WITH Fear (personified) and immense courage... the many many more experiences that those experiences...this journey has brought into our lives.

Bored or self entitled, if you think that you are better than everyone else, it’s no wonder you won’t do anything. Technology has alienated everyone from each other, there is no community feeling anyone, plus the internet makes people believe, that it’s you against the world.

I get a sense that Tana has done more biohacking than actual emotional healing. She mentions her beauty in every single interview, and is still living out a lot of the pathology from her childhood. What she has achieved and overcome is admirable, her good health and accomplishments are a great success, but not sure she is enough of an expert to be teaching people, since the things she has accomplished don't have a foundation in emotional healing.

Hey Darren!! I first met you my freshman year 1984 at Maryvale!! Go Panthers🏈 I remember you playing varsity football. One of my best friends Francesca introduced me to you. We had Kick-Ass football team, I remember going to every football game home and away and then going back to the hood and having parties, then going out and cruising Central. The west side was tough back then. And Keith Tucker, he was good people. If he was your friend, he had your back. We all had the same group of friends. I left Phoenix middle of my junior year 87-88. And watching all the football games I remember you and Phillipi. And let me tell you I'm a real Dallas Cowboy fan. When I saw you been drafted I followed a lot of your career I always told my friends I know him we went to high school together. They thought it was full of shit LOL I'm really interested following this podcast to see how your life progressed after football. And I can share this podcast to my friends so they can say I'm not lying LOL God Bless you and your family!!! Go Panthers, The Dream Team is in the House!!!!

Ben Patrick mantra 'Chicks dig guys with big tibs' at 53mins 23 secs in, love in a great bit of inverted humour, with profound wisdom that is. I'm 48 yrs old 6 feet tall ,around 200 pounds I've been doing standing tibialis raises aganist the wall and recently bought a tib bar with plates a few months ago and I've regained the blinding speed and sure footed movement I had when I was in my early 20s, so there is something extraordinary about these exercises. As a sidenote I'm doing 10 miles plus monthly of reverse walking, I do calf raises and spilit squats as a 3 prong circuit alongside the standing tibialis raises and and sessions with just a tib bar and heavy plates to work the tibialis even more.

The main thing I remember was the way the fans in Philly acted . As Washington Redskins fan, I absolutely hated the Cowboys . But never cheered for their players getting hurt . And yes part of it was because I didn't want to have to hear from their fans that Washington only won because player A and B got injure .

The companies put their logos out to show us, the gay guys who work there, that they support us, and the reason for the celebration is to remind everyone that religion folks like you two, have forced us to hide in the closet, in fact the therm comes from being your parents skeleton in the closet, You know even today teachers get fired if they get outed as gays. I am just unsubscribing from this podcast. If you don't spend 30 min to Google information for something plain and simple, what is expected from the rest of the subjects.

Hmmmm there is no respectable medical professional, hospital , or anything else that is out here doing surgery (of any sort...not just gender swapping..) on kids without thier parents consent...I feel as though the opinion expressed in 28:55 is uninformed...for him to make a statement like that. Id wish he would do better, and learn about a topic before he speaks on it. Btw. (Not even Trans people aren't adovcating for a change in the medical rules to have minors requests surgery without parental consent.... please stop opining as if this were the norm in the LGBTQ community...it is not)

I see ya both need some reassurance. First, the VAST majority of the L, G, and B, and as a matter of fact, MOST of the T communities didn't support the stripping stuff you were both talking about, either. Second. The "tuck" swimsuits ya mentioned were NOT for kids,. They were for adults. Always have been. Third, the celebration is for us. Not for you. Now, if ya wanna join in the celebrations, that fine. But that's entirely up to you. And finally, there's a difference between tolerance and acceptance. I'm not offended by anything you guys said, I just tend to be pretty matter of fact when I speak or type. Just trying to educate you guys a little. And they guy that started the rumor about the swim suits not only was lying, but he KNEW he was lying. He did it to get clicks and to piss off the people that trust him to tell the truth. Have a great day, you two. 🙂 EDIT: And Ty, 🤨 That comment you made starting at 36:30 , just proves you don't know much about us at all. And, Ty. You literally just talked down to us, there.🙄
