  • In this video I will be doing an unboxing and review of the Tramontina Enameled Cast Iron Skillet 2 pack from Costco. I will provide my general impressions, we will put it to the test cooking, and see how well it holds up tot the dishwasher.
Enameled Cast Iron has all the benefits of traditional Cast Iron with the added benefit of very low maintenance. This makes it incredibly versatile, especially when it comes to cleanup. It is also far safer compared to non stick coated pans.
This set retails for $39.99 (Cad) currently at Costco and presents an Amazing value for the money!

What happened when you cook sauces and veggies asking with the meat? Of course it comes clean when you slow cook only meat... Bad example of a review. It's very hard to clean from our experience as you try more recipes in it. Also you didn't show what the temp was with your gadget.. You fast forwarded that part. 🤔
And no one wants to see a cat near cooking! Yikes! Otherwise good video and speech quality.
    Bon appetit.

I have done sauces, fajitas ,eggs, etc. in the pan. My recipe for success with it has been low heat... Low heat and butter lol! I was keeping the element around 300-350 ish. On high settings that element can get insanely hot, and I found that was when food sticks. Have you ever tried reasoning with not one, but three cats lol? Sorry that the review didn't meet your standards but there is very little content for these particular pans. I was just providing my honest opinion. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts!
