It took me a while to figure it out honestly but it's just rotating and going up and out and figuring out how to work around what's there. It did stump me also so that's why I forgot it and I apologize about that.
Litterally came here too see if the drive shaft collar at the pinion seal was removable as I'm retro fitting a 4 lok diff into my 2019 outlander xmr. As a mechanic myself i was to stubid to clean the grease from it to see the bolt first hahahah. Thanks for the great info.
Good morning from Madrid, Spain, I want to congratulate you on the video and thank you for doing it, the images are very good and encourage you to dare to do it, I have seen it through the front transmission output cross, which I can not grease because the greaser is turned, and although it has not given me problems (at the moment) but the grease will give me, greeting P.S. I have an outlander 800 2008 and I'm delighted.👊🏼✊🏼💨💨

I like how you tried to show us how to pull the diff out, and then magically appeared in your bucket, was really helpful

Hi, can you install a torq locker in a differential (btc abs) for Europe thanks!
When we get one in we will film the process but none have come up yet 💪
Did the shaft where the driveshaft goes into the collar spin freely? Once it was out the bike
I didn't check but mechanically speaking, it should spin freely with no 4x4 engaged.
Where did you buy the seals? Part number?
From partzilla.com or Riva Motorsports
The one part i came to see was edited out. The actual removal from the frame.
Sorry I had to trim it down and missed that step 👍
what type of greese did you use?
Waterproof Green Grease in a green and yellow tube, Best stuff and wont water down over time stays in the bushings!
I use a green grease that is for equipment and won't wash out as fast it's available at ace hardware.
First video I’ve seen where a guy can’t afford a set of wrenches. 😊
