if they apply the hand tracking stuff to a smart ring and give it in the box that would allow them to slim down the design, and if you need to track both hands they could just throw in a second ring in the box, it makes too much sense
Well.. now that we see the Orion prototype.. which is still a work in progress, whats your analysis now? Orion doesnt sacrifice much, currently has 70 degree fov, promised 30p per degree, looks much slim and less socially awkward than goggles, has good gesture tracking solution (one doesnt need to wave hands in air like maniac) has eye tracking! As of now, it sounds amazing! By Amazing I mean groundbreaking pioneers. What's your opinion?
@@Shaded_Tunes i think Apple will follow the exact same playbook, but with one difference: processing will be done on an iPhone & hand tracking on Apple Watch. So the target market for their device will only be current Apple customers
XREAL don’t have transparent screens. They have a screen at the top and a lens in front of the eye. This is called birdbath AR - similar to heads up display in some cars where the screen is at the far corner of the dashboard close to the windshield and what is shown on the screen is reflected off the windshield towards the driver. 🤓
You just need to stay away from technology if you think that that’s six years away before we reach that that is next year with Apple next year 2025 there’s too many other competitors out there with glasses right now The XReal air two ultra is already out. They need to be competing with that right now next year XReals gonna make it wireless.

Adding basic changes and acting like it's genius. The highest sense of hubris.

Came for the apple vision pro info, stayed for the uncle thanos cameo
You already know!
how do you include lenses for the displays while still being able to focus through the glasses you propose?
Maybe make them detachable like the Zeiss ones. Idk

It truly was
When Apple creates glasses like this: I would wear it, not how it big it looks right now…
