    Thank you for the very interesting video. I do not see how to purchase a separate return ticket on the web site for the Jungfrajoch. The web site only allows the same return direction as when you go up. Do you have any suggestions, thank you.

      @@bernfranfrancis3012 Thank you for watching our channel. In our video (at 3min 17 sec ), in how to book tickets section , it has been explained how to book return tickets. While going up choose the quick route and just below it there is the return journey option. Here click on the other route option. So you will cover both the routes. Regards

    hi, very nice video. Just 2 questions. Is the timing really important. If i chose 5 hrs, does that mean i cannot return earlier? Can i buy a ticket with return but without any timing so that i can return when i am done. Also if i want to spend a bit more time at Eigergletcher, would i again be constraint by the time given on the ticket?. If i use the SBB App to buy the tickets would they still ask for the timing (ie how long i intend to spend up there at Jungfraujoch)? Lastly if i buy train ticket say from Lucern to Geneva at 9am and i miss the train, will i be able to board the next one since there are no seat reservations. tqvm for ur time.

      @@chankinwah1963 Point-to-point tickets, day tickets, regional passes, and Swiss Travel System tickets-
      These tickets are not tied to a specific train, so you can take the next train if you miss your connection provided with no seat reservation.
      2. Timing is important while your journey is uphill. Ticket will be scanned at Eigergketcher according to time mentioned in ticket. While coming down I’m not so sure but yes ticket checkers do scan tickets randomly ( our tickets were scanned). If you want to come down earlier it is suggested better to ask the train officials or checkers. I would highly suggest you to ask the officials or ticket checkers present in the stations as they are the best and give you correct info. We always cross checked with them when faced any confusion. Don’t ask anyone else other than the officials.
      3. If you have Swiss pass then all SBB trains are flexible. You can hop onto anyone local train u prefer with no time constraints.
      Thanks for communicating and feel free to ask. Regards

    Hi! Very informative video, thank you! I actually booked my tickets just as you showed in the video. I have a question regarding the timing of my Jungfraujoch ticket.
    The ticket shows a journey from Grindelwald Terminal to Jungfraujoch at 09:15 and a return trip at 11:47 from Jungfraujoch to Kleine Scheidegg. Do I need to travel only at these specific times, or is it flexible enough for me to visit Grindelwald First on the way up and Lauterbrunnen on the way down? Thanks for your help!

      @@siddharthsharmahy train times are mentioned as per your reserved slot. It’s highly recommended to stick to the timings. Train ticket checkers do randomly check the tickets and any mismatch may create hassle. Once again thank you and it’s a pleasure to be of help to our viewers. Happy travels.Regards

      @@ebiofoto the new Eiger Express tricable car will take you from Grindelwald to the Eiger Glacier station in just 15 minutes. One can buy two way tickets from the website itself. Please do verify from the website. If you have Swiss travel pass then there will be reduction in far. Regards

    Hi! If you had swiss pass, then why did you not take the jungfrau ticket from grindlewald to grindlewald as interlaken to grindlewals is covered in swiss pass?

    • @3tickets
      @3tickets  4 месяца назад

      When purchasing tickets online on the official website, during checkout, the site asks if the customer has a Swiss pass. If one ticks it, then the total cost is reduced ie, those transportations which are included or covered under Swiss pass is deducted from the total value of the ticket amount. So no extra money is being paid. Moreover, we bought online so that we don’t have to wait in a queue. Same thing applies for Titlis too. Regards
