I will go with dynomax race bullets on the scat pack because it has more growly sound than a carven r series has and i think that's what matters with these beasts today.
@@ragintaurusmusclemercury7023 Magnapacks do sound good, I was so close to buying the 3in version at one point. I've always been a fan of Borla mufflers. Alittle on the mellow side, but the tone is beautiful. Sucks the price is high on these. Been wanting to try either a Carven R or Borla ATAK cratemuffler though. Want something louder, but still deep sounding. Muffler delete just doesn't have the low bassier tones I want.
I absolutely hate that "fluttering" sound both these exhaust make on those revs. Sounds awful. I haven't found an exact answer yet, but this is the main reason I'm still holding off doing anything to my Scat Pack. Almost every exhaust clip out there has that, and it's more pronounced on some setups.
@@marecuslyons247 That's not it. I found out it's the shitty factory X-Pipe that causes all the fluttering and raspiness. I just had a 3" X-Pipe installed on mine with some Carven R's. It got rid of all the fluttering and it's super smooth now.... ruclips.net/video/kB5tnyx9yDw/видео.html
@@marecuslyons247 I don't think it's letting me link it here for some reason. But the one I bought was from Khaos Motorsports. Go on their website and search for the 3" X-Pipe. It's specifically made for the Challengers and Chargers.
Nice sound by both. But gives an Video with only the Carven R Series and all other stock? Also stock cat, rear muffler, factory x-pipe? On scatpack 6.4 charger 😎
Love the sound of both of them. However, that fluttering sounds when they let off the gas or let it idle, I think they should take out the x-pipe. Your other video when they took out the x-pipe doesn't have that fluttering sound. Just an observation.
@@jmc6000 nah, it's the xpipe. It's molded differently on the 2019+ scatpack models to give a much lower tone. To each their own, but it happens to be the main reason I like the scatpack over the hellcat. If you notice, they sound somewhat like AMGs or the BMW 50i series engines. If he wanted to keep that same exact sound without the "fluttering" sound effect and not lose any horsepower, he'd have to go with the GT Haus Roar Racing Full Catback.
What mode do you put it in to take videos? If you don't have it in sport or track, the values wont be open and that's prob why you get the flutter after revs

They both are close in sound but I would have to pick the Carven. I like their tone better.
Sounds a bit deeper too in my opinion.

Dynomax for the win !
Dyno max has a bad flutter after the revs
Gotta change that xpipe
The carven r sounds better imo but also much louder even though the muffler is bigger and has more baffling.

Carven r or borla atak ?louder and performance.
Borla ATAK is deeper with more tone, while Carven R is slightly louder and more raw.
Awesome comparison
Carven
Has anyone tried an exhaust setup with both at once?
It would probably be awesome to have one on each side of the exhaust to blend the tones....

It needs the crossover tho. The flutter is from the valves in the exhaust system

Do carven mufflers have a direction of flow?
@Scotty secretly loves Chryslers true, but if you're wondering the same I think they do. Simply install it so you can read the word.
