They are most well known to be the economical alternative during the Pentium era to Intel and AMD and they have since own S3 Graphics who was another competitor to Nvidia and Radeon in the graphics market before being exiting the market and bought out by VIA. VIA is most known today to be the maker of lower-end Intel x86 compatible motherboards including their own boards for the budget segment.
Unfortunately, most sys admin only ever worked with Intel Vpro so if the company want to adpot Amd, they will have to retrain their staff. Not an easy thing to do if you're in a large corporate.
@@vasopel they claim on their website M90a starts from $719 for the most basic version which IMHO isn't that expensive for such compact PC + monitor. M70a starts from $629. Again, according to information on Lenovo's website. Idk about actual prices in shops since it's not even available in my country, but based on that recommended price doesn't seem too expensive. Of course maybe you can go cheaper with standalone PC and monitor but I just expected ThinkCentre to be overpriced and cost few grands.

For the processor, yes, you can upgrade it for as long as it will be compatible with your motherboard supported slot. I just got ThinkCentre M90a G3. I can't find the option to find the color temprature. it's on EyeCare but sometimes I want cooler colers with whitish look and feel. Strangly, there is no screen controls buttons to adjust. and it's really annoying.

@@Lenovo I already have it isntalled. it will help a little on bright side. But there is no option to change the color profile. I don't need this yellowish tint screen as eye care. I need bright and whitish colored. I also tried the Daytime Color temprature but again it's not whitish.

beautiful and minimal work.... if you can't make a 32/27 inch model due to weight on hinge system, shift processing cabin to the bottom as the surface people did. and for the love of Christ, use AMD. their G series would've been fantastic :)
