Hi Gio and Maya. I will be visiting Bacolod and the Pontevedra area in Negros Occidental soon. I was wondering if those areas are worse or better than Dumaguete. The area where I am going to also has lots of brown outs of course. But what worries me is the access to clean water and the fact that trash pickup is not available in some areas. Any tips on the handling of trash would be appreciated.
