    I started using a mixture of bentonite clay, diatomaceous earth and zeolite for brushing my teeth last week(ration 1:1:1). I dip my toothbrush in the dry clay mixture and then brush my teeth as I would normally. Thing is, I had some brown marks/stains on some teeth for about 3 years. By the end of the week, I noticed that some of the stains were smaller in size. Great for the tongue too.
    Today, one tooth is clear of the stains, the rest have smaller stains. In just one week. All my teeth look whiter too. I am very impressed. I tried turmeric and that did nothing for me, and I ended up with the stains after I mistakenly used a turmeric and cinnamon mixture on my teeth.
    By the way, I used the combo for 3 months to clear intestinal issues, and toxins. This stuff is really good. I might never spend a dime on toothpaste ever again. My teeth feel clean and smooth.
    Now I want to use it on my face and body.

    By pouring in the water, it is cooling the coconut oil and turning it into a solid, if you heat the water slightly, that won't happen. This will also make it easier to mix, as it will be runnier or softer.

    • @motherfreedom

      For me, I haven’t had that issue with the toothpaste. I heard it can be the coconut oil. My hair is what tends to clog up my sinks! Perhaps when you use it make sure to let hot water run down the drain as you spit in the sink. Also i use very little on my toothbrush. A little goes a long way!

    Does the oil get in the way of the bentonite minerals reaching your enamel and would you say this is as effective or more effective than fluoride?

    • @motherfreedom
      @motherfreedom  2 года назад +1

      The oil is a way to create a smooth paste. I avoid fluoride in any way possible. Here are some resources below:
      "Systemic fluoride interferes with our hormone balance, the thyroid, kidneys, and more." -www.westonaprice.org/podcast/186-the-problem-with-fluoride/#gsc.tab=0
      "the relentless promotion of fluoride as a “dental benefit” is responsible for the huge neglect in proper assessment of its toxicity, an issue that has become a major concern for many nations. As there is no substance as biochemically active in the human organism as fluoride, excessive total intake of fluoride compounds might well be contributing to many diseases currently afflicting mankind, particularly those involving thyroid dysfunction. In the United States, most citizens are kept entirely ignorant of any adverse effect that might occur from exposure to fluorides." -www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/environmental-toxins/fluoride-worse-than-we-thought/#gsc.tab=0

      Also if your worried about the oil you can make a fine powder with basically everything she used except swap out the oil and add xylitol powder. Sprinkle it over tooth brush for use. 1 problem I noticed was it felt the amount that can fit on a tooth brush seemed small so I just toss about a tspn - 2 tspns directly into my mouth now and then brush. I even crunch the powder in my mouth a bit cuz it's fun and tastes great.
      Xylotol powder
      Bentonite clay
      Baking soda
      Cinnamon powder
      Clove powder .
