Thanks Guys ! Хобби
For the loader swaps I do this on flat ground which makes it easier to get the bucket back on.
The best tips ever. Do nothing in hurry and know when stop and try again another day. Keep the front inflated when doing loader work to prevent a blowout. Good job keeping the loader low and not standing under it.
Thanks Stephen, great tips 👍
On a slope raise the bucket a tiny bit more. It can dig on when you go over a bump.
If the temperate is above normal, idle the engine until it cools down. Constantly check the temperature gauge. Blow put the radiator grill often. You can buy a long nozzle to fit a compressor which makes it easy to clean the grill.
I tie a yellow cloth to the petrol container so I don't mix them up. Do a smell test before you pour the fuel in. Used a funnel with strainer.
Always giggle the joystick (engine off but ignition on) to release the pressure in the lines.
Try and keep the hydraulic connectors off the ground so they don't get dirty. Wrap the around the implement. Carry a short length of rope or a bungee cord.
For the flayer you must make sure the gear box oil level is ok and grease the bearings as per the manual instructions.
Thank you 🙏 50 hr service is just around the corner, so I'll add that as well.
When parked on a slope lower the bucket as an extra handbrake.
A tip for using the backhoe; lower your loader bucket and slightly lift the front tires. You'll get better stability than your tilting front axle can offer.
Great tip John, thanks for sharing 👍
Hello from a Texan, retired Marine, now living in Idaho. I very much enjoyed watching your video, and I gotta tell you that you surely did remind me of me! : ) No, tractors don't come w/a driver's manual, and I too, had to figure it all out on my own. Ugh! But I didn't burn up my tractor or tear anything up (too badly) either. Good on ya, mate. : )
Hey mate, thanks for your service.
Great to hear from someone who went through the same adventures 😂
Getting the engine oil filter off could be the hard part, Just warm the engine before hand and check that the sump is not hot. A plastic 10 or 20 litre container cut in half makes a good sump oil collector.
We have TYM here in the States too. I chose the TYM T474C with the shuttle shift and Kukje engine. I love mine. We have the Hank Hamilton and Hamiltonville Farm channels that are mostly about his TYMs
But I also watch Tractor time with Tim, he's a fan of the green brand, but he also has a ventrac that I noticed you have a video about on your channel. The wonderful part of tractors is the steering wheel is centered, so I don't have to remind you that your steering wheels are on the wrong side. Hehehe or that we drive on the other side of the farm over here ...
Keep the rear wheels on the downhill side. Drive up and reverse down, The keeps the tractor weight down hill.
Gday ,if you take the bark of the post they can last a long time because kreepy crawlys can not make a nest on bare timber
A good bit of gear. Just what you need.
I trickle the battery when not used for months.
Tractor must be stopped for a high/low change.
Your first mistake. Enter and exit from the other side. You could accidental bump the loader joy stick.
Good pick up ☺️
i never seen that model. also never seen a self level on a small tractor from tym. are you in europe?
Hey Barney, im in Australia
If nobody has told you yet your canopy is too low in the front.
Thanks Anthony, I keep it low to get under tree branches 👍
