For everyone that wants to improve battery life: the vibration motor is a real power monster. So turn off notifications for example and it'll last more than a month even.
the battery life being 6 days for you is because you set it up to always check your heart-rate 24/7. 6 days for that is actually not so bad at all - i remember my Mi Band 3 getting barely 3 days with that setting turned on (Mi Band 3 had very inefficient hardware for some reason). if you disable that setting though you can easily jump up to at least 12 days of battery life but you did sum it up quite right - if you already have a Mi Band 4 than there really isn't much of a reason to upgrade, but if you have a Mi Band 1, 2 or 3 than yeah it is definitely recommended to upgrade, and if you don't have a smart band at all than look no further because Xiaomi makes the best ones in the business for a fraction of what the competition asks for.

Wow you've got a lot of smartwatches. Haha
Haha yeah if you already have the 4 there's not much point in upgrading. But for those who are new to smartbands, the Mi Band 5 is a good entry point.
Does Xiaomi mi band 5 have wake up program or upp? I know it tracks sleep, but does it wake you up through vibration? Thamks. Best regarts
The 4 had it so I'm sure the 5 would to
should i get global version or chinese version that has sp02 sensor?
Do you know how to check spo2 oxymeter on mi band 5? Thanks
