Teto has always had a great voice like this. but it is really supported well by Miku because her voice resonates well with the metallic ting in Teto's voice. in short MOST AWESOME THING EVER!

Even though Teto isn't a Vocaloid, she has been used proficiently in many videos and songs along side the other Vocaloid programs to the extent that nobody can really tell the difference much from just looking at it. I guess you could think of Kasane Teto as an adopted "sister" of the mainstream Vocaloids.
Ok right now it sounds like Lisbeths voice from SAO every time you pause it or maybe a bug to her system in the game differ to reality, and at least there is no hair slapping for miku and the other girl when all 4 came in to dance.
