I do not believe that the PCem Utilities ISO I got was the same as the one you used for this tutorial.
can windows xp work fine on this program? I tried installing it on virtual box and on VMware and the age of empires 2 lagged a lot. Can you do another video for windows XP to work great? I would apreciate it, thank you.
The command "format C: /s" isn't working for me. It always shows the text "unknown Command". How do I fix this problem?

If you use Sound Blaster AWE32 or Sound Blaster 16, it'll automatically pick up the sound card in your emulator. Maybe your computers speakers are muted.
