Great to hear this again. I bought the album from you on vinyl and it became one of my favourites for late night socials until it was stolen. The ultimate accolade for a composer/performer. The composition is great, but as a performer I always wonder how the Soft Machine would have sounded with yourself on flute rather than Elton Dean on sax.

Excellent composition. I think I've got to adapt it for oboe and have my students play it.
