Great build.. Few things i saw.. Your mount braket should have a cross support in the triangle . you need a 220V welder but as this is a walk behind it should be good.. Plasma cutters are awesome as well.. also a strip of steel in front of your rubber cutting edge would strengthen as well... excellent build though
Excellent build! Just one bit of advice. If you were to put more of a curve on the blade it would get under the snow and roll it off to the side easier.
Your idea is very good! Maybe you can improve your device, for example, you can place two bags of sand on both sides of the cultivator to make it heavier, then the wheels of the cultivator will not slip. Thank you for this great idea!
MIO standard Osjek, HONDA. Bravo. Pozdrav iz Srbije!
A nice build. I wish I could weld like that and may soon learn how to. Your device reminded me of a plow my father built many years ago and attached to a Standard Twin tractor. If you're interested there are several videos of Standard Twins on RUclips. it's a smaller garden tractor with large wheels on the front and on my dad's version smaller wheels on the back. I've used it for many years to plow snow. However, even though it is much heavier than your tiller it was still difficult to use with heavy or deep snow. Having the blade angled like that pushes the machine to the side quite easily. And with the blade perpendicular to the axis of travel simply not enough traction. Even with chains on the large tires, probably 40 inch tall and weighing in the neighborhood of 150-200 lbs each ( I can barely stand one up vertically from a laying on the ground position. My dad added lead weights to each tire.) and the added weight of the tractor itself it does not have the ability to push a lot of wet heavy or deep snow. Even though there is probably in the neighborhood of, I suspect, at least 500 lbs distributed over the two front tires that drive it. It works though for lighter snowfalls! Well, worked, the motor finally gave up. I'm guessing that you have found that it's not very effective for anything other than light to moderate dry fluffy snow plowing. You should have contacted me before you built it! I could have cautioned you. But then you wouldn't have had the fun of building and testing it. Again, nice build.
Well Done. A shorter height blade and more weight over tires might help. I made a similar pusher that attaches to the front of the rear half of a snowblower.
He made something for little money that proves the concept. He used various tools, while making the plow... a reward unto itself. What did you make, today?
Nice work ! Watch your neighbors for when they put gas grills out for garbage - those stainless steel lids are Great for making snow plows for; tillers, and even in front of snow blowers for light snow & slush. (make sure your plow will clear augers - if used accidentally. 😉
Might uses this idea on my snowblower, when the snow is slushy and it clogs up the snowblower.. use the power of the six-speed snowblower to push the heavy slushy snow off the driveway, convert it into a snow plow. Maybe just bolt on a metal snow shovel blade. ❄️🤔
Cool idea. 1. Thinking ... hmmmmm wonder if I could do that with my tiller. 2. Rear Tiller ... I could just remove the tines in the winter. 3. Would have to find some scrap steel and learn to weld. 4. Wonder could the drive wheels be slowed down? Or could I find tire chains for grip hmmmmm. Wondering .... Why something like this doesn't exist today. You buy a rototiller and it's used, what at most, twice a hear .. To prep the garden and to end the garden ..... It should have a mower attachment / and this a snow pushing attachment or even blower.
First time seeing me and you're very talented yes you can buy it for cheever lady but doing it yourself that's a challenge and apparently you like a good challenge keep up the good work
Works great for that 1/2" of snow you get twice a year I bet. Sorry, not trying to be mean, this is very creative. It'd be much better on something a little more substantial though like an ATV with snow tires or chains. Cheers from the north east.
Or you could just get a snowblower. Find it funny he has all the tools and welding equipment to do this but yet don't have a funnel to use to avoid spilling gas all over the place when filling the tank.
As a tin knocker there is a better way to do that roll on the metal. FIY in the future most hvac shops would have let you just roll it on one of their machines , but if not make a jig. It’s way easier

Nice to see a young man welding and fabricating!

Damn dude..... That looks like more work than just shoveling
Exactly, well said.
Damn. I'm tired just watching him make that. Genius at work!
Somewhat easyer than the shovel, a good job jobbed.
Cool little snow plow that was good idea

Super video and music. Thanks

Jak widać taki motorek można do różnych robót wykorzystać 👍
Put it on a riding mower or atv. I hate snowblowers almost as much as snow shovels. They're almost as much work..
To se čekalo.. Čitaš mi misli legendo ❤
hehehe

Good one and no snow on a windy day blowing all over you when you have to go against the wind 💨⚒🛠👍
Young fella, that's some impressive fabrication skills, and a well done vid.
He made something for little money that proves the concept. He used various tools, while making the plow... a reward unto itself. What did you make, today?
This guy paid attention in shop class! Nice job.
Svaka ćast. Imamo isti hoby
;)
It's working perfect, well done
Odlicno samo produzi tako, pozdrav iz Makedonije ;)
poz iz Hrv
Should have use the shovel it would have take les time

Cool idea, but a snowblower would work a lot better 🤷♀️
You are the best doctor👍♥️

Nice job, as long as you have the right equipment. 👍👍👍👍
Good idea, adding weight to the wheels would help.
If its a wet heavy snow like that, that thing is mainly useless without any real weight added to the machine
Sve odlično, jedino je kultivator pre lagani
Small set of tire chains an you got it kid! Nice!
Laonoa😘😘
A real professional indeed. Wish I could buy one.
Slijedeče Vodena pumpa od trimera☺
agahahaha
Odlicna,vido pozz sam nastavi brate
Good Design!! Excellent Job.
Svaka čast majstore. Super stvar.
Daa obavezno neke lance i togove trebam stavit ;)
A rear v blade would be great, no fishtailing, plus if your handles flipped over and you reversed, now your v blade becomes a v scoop. 😊 good luck 🤞
Do snow chains and make wheel weights
Svaka čast bratee
Nice work👍☺
Predobra ideja!😀😀
It's not lazy it's thinking out of box
Hmm, hardening the mold board behind the cutting edge with weld. That's pretty slick. Nice work!
Cool idea.
1. Thinking ... hmmmmm wonder if I could do that with my tiller.
2. Rear Tiller ... I could just remove the tines in the winter.
3. Would have to find some scrap steel and learn to weld.

Creativity is nice. Doesn't seem to work too well though. Possibly adding rear weights 🤷♂️
Good creativity ! Congratulations bro !
nice work mate smart idea!!
imas ti potencijal svaka cast majstor
Interesting video, avtor 💪 💪 💪 💪 thank you All power
Ja reko ti neki stranac svaka cast
hahaha hvala punoo
Once again...you have done it again...another great idea..great build...great project....very creative...keep those videos coming !
That was a beautiful job that you made that is really awesome
Nice. But all that work! I've bought several plows like that for $40, commercially made, more heavy duty.
Idei geniale! Bravo!👍👍👍
I just bolted a wooden door to my Ford Feister and plowed driveway
Man you sometining else♥️
Pozdrav from Chicago
Very cool way to have fun in your shop and way more fun than shoveling snow lol thanks for another great vid! :)
Great work Dr, also luv your bike, ♥♡♥
BRAVO! Felicitari!
Svaka cast
Nice project.
From Greece. Very good
Svaka cast majstore :D
:D
Odlična ideja hvala ti
Nice work young man!!
THAT IS FRIGGINNN COOL....
I dnt know what say. You are amazing. Wow I ❤️ your video 👍
Good work.
First time seeing me and you're very talented yes you can buy it for cheever lady but doing it yourself that's a challenge and apparently you like a good challenge keep up the good work
Very good 😚
Nice job young man.
PA STA RECI ? BRAVO !
I liked your innovation
Snowblower is faster and does a cleaner job nice work though
but why do that? this is more fun!
Snowblower is more money though unless you get the craigslist special😂
Probably could of finished with the shovel in the time it took to build it 🤷🏻♂️
Works great for that 1/2" of snow you get twice a year I bet. Sorry, not trying to be mean, this is very creative. It'd be much better on something a little more substantial though like an ATV with snow tires or chains. Cheers from the north east.
save the time, work and effort and buy a snow blower
sometimes a pusher is better than a snow blower. plus he ain't shooting rocks out
Treba jos malo zaobliti. U svakom slučaju bravo
😊
I used to have a Bolens yard tractor which did the same thing before I got a snow blower.
9:34 Why didn't he just buy shorter bolts?
@Eric N for short bolts you need to go far :)))
I give eem credit, he tried making somthing basically out of nothing 👍
Buen trabajo DS. Saludos desde Santander.
You should get a set of tracks off of a tracked snow blower for it.it would hace way more gripand look really cool
Atleast wieghts would help with traction
Or you could just get a snowblower. Find it funny he has all the tools and welding equipment to do this but yet don't have a funnel to use to avoid spilling gas all over the place when filling the tank.
Oh !!! Karen lol
As a tin knocker there is a better way to do that roll on the metal. FIY in the future most hvac shops would have let you just roll it on one of their machines , but if not make a jig. It’s way easier
Ratchet straps around a barrel?
Bolje bi bilo raditi ovo na imt 539. Svaka ti čast
Mozda budee :D
Made 1 about 5years ago. Fun little toy
Just modify your snowblower instead. That machine he made is a waste of time.
