Love Bryan Ferry but he let Cornwall down badly a couple of years ago when he left us standing in pouring rain and didn't want to come out on stage and perform. He appeared after making a huge crowd wait for about 40 minutes in torrential rain with lots of booing and hissing. When he appeared on stage he was fabulous and although we were all soaked to the skin he was fantastic. I would never stand in pouring rain for so long for anyone else.
The fucking suits, the hunt for commercial success, the stupid lothario image - if he had not had the super group of Roxy Music behind him you might not even have heard of him ......

That wasn't very nice was it. I think all performances like this should be inside an arena. Music and vocals just don't sound right outdoors.
