Small but very nicely and professionally built compared to what's obtainable here in Nigeria. In addition to structurally deficient homes, supplemented with numerous workmanship errors, Nigerians build a one bedroom home as if a single house occupant doesn't deserve a nice home with a standard kitchen. I couldn't buy a house here because they're just not worth it because of the above reasons described above.

Nice house and neighborhood but I'm concerned that rental cost are too high compared to the average Rwandan incom. I don't live in Rwanda but I think the rent in Rwanda is close to that obtainable in the Western World but Rwandans don't earn anywhere close to what the Westerners earn
