KG of vcha filed a lawsuit to terminated her contract with jype America because of inhumane conditions and gave reasons like hidden cameras to control them, encouraged eating disorders, denied water at dance practice, payment under legal wage minimum, lot of unclear dept, members self harm and attempt suicide,... That are inhumane conditions not "give me back my old CEO or else I cry mistreatment". And that is how you terminate a special idol contract.

I agree with everything you said. I am not a Hybe Stan and intensely dislike the company as they have done far worse things to other groups in the past but without all this drama. I do not follow any group in the company but I really like NewJeans songs which are well made and catchy. They are amongst the luckiest and most privileged idols in the whole of Kpop which makes their mistreatment claims laughable. They would be nothing without the millions spent on promoting and creating them from scratch which would never have happened in a small company. They would be ordinary girls doing ordinary jobs otherwise. The tough conditions some groups have to face is unknown to them as they have been living in the lap of luxury for years having the most privileged lifestyle imaginable whilst other groups like GFriend had to train in a windowless basement, cross the street to use a washroom in an office block there, had no access to social media with their phones confiscated for 3 years and didn’t even have a sofa in their lounge to sit on. This was when they were rivalling Twice as the biggest girl group in Kpop, winning 29 music show trophies in one year with only two songs, being the first girl group to get a Perfect All Kill and to get over 100 million streams on Genie. And all this achieved from an unknown bankrupt company with no money or other groups to attract company stans. The hardships cemented their friendship which still continues 10 years later and has made them all still grateful and humble for everything they still get. The comparisons are telling. So compare that to the princess lifestyle NewJeans had to endure. Sadly their impressionable young minds have been twisted by their mentor MJH and tricked into believing the fantasy she has spun which has triggered dreams that will never come true. Their parents have been suckered in as well and are now joining the gravy train of greed to encourage their daughters to leave and get paid more money elsewhere. The reason I searched for NewJeans before was because I read an article where Bang Si Hyuk mentioned that they are the next BTS (ARMY here). I'm confused as to why, just a few months later, there's all this drama and talk of mistreatment and destroying them. It's really confusing.

That is right and the thing is, because of what went down between Hybe and this lady people started to retaliating against the girls and they felt it. Regardles of who is right or wrong the relationship with the girls was not bad, if it had been the girls wont have taken up for her, they are the only ones who really knows who and how they have been treated, i see a lot of people taken up for hybe, when evidence shows that they have not been very good creating and mantaining girl groups and that they also has done a lot of shady things. NewJeans are the bravest girls ever. NewJeans wouldn’t be risking their career if they feel safe with Hybe without the old Ador staff. Remember the Ador NewJeans signed to that protected them is not the same as this new one. The agreement they had with the old one is being breached by the new management. The reason is this new ador management is there in the interest of Hybe whom in document talked about how they want to throw NewJeans away. And NewJeans meeting with with MHJ shouldn’t be a surprise because they never hid the fact that they feel safe and prefer working her than Hybe and new Ador. With that said y’ll need to stop forcing them to stay there when they have made it clear they don’t feel safe there without their old staff that protected them there. We as third parties have no rights to be lecturing them since we are not in their shoes. I agree with everything you said. I am not a Hybe Stan and intensely dislike the company as they have done far worse things to other groups in the past but without all this drama. I do not follow any group in the company but I really like NewJeans songs which are well made and catchy. They are amongst the luckiest and most privileged idols in the whole of Kpop which makes their mistreatment claims laughable. They would be nothing without the millions spent on promoting and creating them from scratch which would never have happened in a small company. They would be ordinary girls doing ordinary jobs otherwise.
The tough conditions some groups have to face is unknown to them as they have been living in the lap of luxury for years having the most privileged lifestyle imaginable whilst other groups like GFriend had to train in a windowless basement, cross the street to use a washroom in an office block there, had no access to social media with their phones confiscated for 3 years and didn’t even have a sofa in their lounge to sit on. They used the floor or a dining room chair so they rarely watched TV together. This was when they were rivalling Twice as the biggest girl group in Kpop, winning 29 music show trophies in one year with only two songs, being the first girl group to get a Perfect All Kill and to get over 100 million streams on Genie. And all this achieved from an unknown bankrupt company with no money or other groups to attract company stans. The hardships cemented their friendship which still continues 10 years later and has made them all still grateful and humble for everything they still get. The comparisons are telling.
So compare that to the princess lifestyle NewJeans had to endure. Sadly their impressionable young minds have been twisted by their mentor MJH and tricked into believing the fantasy she has spun which has triggered dreams that will never come true. Their parents have been suckered in as well and are now joining the gravy train of greed to encourage their daughters to leave and get paid more money elsewhere. MJH is bitter and angry that her attempt to be reinstated as CEO using NewJeans as bait to blackmail the company has failed so now she is just trying to damage Hybe as much as possible. Poor NewJeans are just a disposable pawn in her plan. She is likely to try setting up her own company and bringing NewJeans into it but the future looks bleak for both of them. I don’t think this will end well but it may be well into 2025 before we know where this is going.

The reason I searched for NewJeans before was because I read an article where Bang Si Hyuk mentioned that they are the next BTS (ARMY here). I'm confused as to why, just a few months later, there's all this drama and talk of mistreatment and destroying them. It's really confusing.
Why would HYBE jeopardize a group like NewJeans, especially when they're such a huge success and contributing significantly to the company's revenue and global reputation? It seems counterproductive. considering how strategic HYBE usually is, it does feel unusual. All this drama doesn’t make sense.

I think we can all agree that we would not know New Jeans without Min skipping the traditional media plugs and instead used the band's music and content as promotional tools. That is right and the thing is, because of what went down between Hybe and this lady people started to retaliating against the girls and they felt it. Regardles of who is right or wrong the relationship with the girls was not bad, if it had been the girls wont have taken up for her, they are the only ones who really knows who and how they have been treated, i see a lot of people taken up for hybe, when evidence shows that they have not been very good creating and mantaining girl groups and that they also has done a lot of shady things. NewJeans wouldn’t be risking their career if they feel safe with Hybe without the old Ador staff.
Remember the Ador NewJeans signed to that protected them is not the same as this new one. The agreement they had with the old one is being breached by the new management.
The reason is this new ador management is there in the interest of Hybe whom in document talked about how they want to throw NewJeans away.
And NewJeans meeting with with MHJ shouldn’t be a surprise because they never hid the fact that they feel safe and prefer working her than Hybe and new Ador.
With that said y’ll need to stop forcing them to stay there when they have made it clear they don’t feel safe there without their old staff that protected them there. We as third parties have no rights to be lecturing them since we are not in their shoes.
