Not when you sign a contract. They are legally not under the same category as employees. They signed a legally binding contract and must follow it unless one of the party breaks the terms in said contact. Idols are investments and no company is willing to just give up an investment just because "they feel like it" . If they wanted to terminate their contract they should have had definitive evidence (word of mouth does not count) and an attempt at making a lawsuit.
