Uncle of one member tried to takeover Ador using Davolink company (wifi product company). He will choose as director of Davolink. The major shareholder of Davolink know about it and he think Min Hee Jin betrayed him. It was a complex case with many dirty work.

I was their fan when they debuted but now, I want them sue for all the damages they have caused Ador and Hybe for millions $$ lost, defamation, obstruction of business, breach of contracts, and for tampering of contracts, and for damages for K-pop industry. After Ador sue them for validity of contracts, I hope they will also sue them as a group for everything else and I pray justice will be swift and just.
The thing is I don’t think they would be doing any of this if mhj was still ceo so the mistreatment can’t be that bad besides, it was never there main thing the main part was out her back as ceo.

A cousin of mine joined kpop( can't say kpop more like a group under HYBE) and she said if HYBE is bad why can't X leave. I asked why do you say they are bad. She said because people say they are. And that's what been driving that HYBE is bad narrative. How many artists in HYBE have released an Album since the year began,Active groups. Most of them if not all are active. A labels priority is thwir artists development,and most HYBE artists been making and releasing music. That should be the artist priority and the label's
The HYBE Hate train is a kpop stans thing.And seventeen stans who feel D is more favored than C,when their faves have been making music at their own freedom since joining HYBE,assumin they are artists,that being a priority for hybe is a decent label. Yes, there was many slandering to Hybe. SM paid influencer to attack Hybe when Kakao CEO manipulated SM stock price that cause Hybe failed to be the majority of SM shareholder. Kakao CEO arrested by the police. Recently, US court approved subpoenas of 7 youtubers that requested by Hybe. Hybe want to sue them in South Korea.
Mainstream South Korea media hates Hybe. JTBC only got light punishment for made fake news about Suga. It is not their first time for make fake news about BTS. KBS deleted articled because can made disadvantage to Min Hee Jin in the court. There was 2 petition to ask why KBS delete the article.
HYBE probably won't invest like that in another group for a while...unless they are under BTS or something....seems like the groups that started out with less turned out to be better humans.

I have no interest in supporting corporations they are business and like any business they are there to make money. They are not foster parents and although I like new jeans music, I find it hard to support the way they are acting, there is room for improvement in kpop industry but really new jeans victims? they made a lot of money due to company investment its a partnership hence contract, but wow I wish people would hurt my feelings by being ignored once, or have to work hard for a couple of million for a few years work, pity they didnt experience your average workers life and pay, compared to theirs. Lets be honest here, no one would want to stay inside a company that treats u like trash. HYBE treats their idols like complete trash. NJ is paving a new way and im supporting them.

Not when you sign a contract. They are legally not under the same category as employees. They signed a legally binding contract and must follow it unless one of the party breaks the terms in said contact. Idols are investments and no company is willing to just give up an investment just because "they feel like it" . They need to do it in a civil way with actual legal backing instead of announcing what they want to the public every time. If they wanted to terminate their contract they should have had definitive evidence (word of mouth does not count) and an attempt at making a lawsuit. Send ador to court then announce that you will be trying to terminate.
Unfortunately, there are very few companies that will treat the girls the way they want. They are business at heart not charities. Even if you think your favorite company is "good" you have no idea what your idols' are going through behind closed doors. Is it wrong? Absolutely. No human deserves to be treated like that. However that's the reality of the situation. What company should they go to then? JYP? Look up Vcha's KG situation. He had idols starve and overworked, much worse than getting ignored.
No they aren't paving the way. They just breached the trust between idols and their companies. Companies may have to redo their contracts with even more restrictions to protect themselves if this case happens again. Investors could lose hope in the kpop industry because they fear that their previously thought "safe" choice that would profit for 7 yrs has been cut short and effectivly rug pulled. I would support them if they were doing it for themselves, but they ended up being pawns for their previous CEO.
Nj is paving a new way for what exactly ??? For K-pop grouos to just end contracts when things dont go their way ?? For agencies and companies to stop investing in up and coming groups ?? Making contracts more stricter between idols and agencies, so if there is actual mistreatment, the contract will be impossible to get out of until it's ended ?? The national assembly didn't side with hanni , the courts rejected mhj when she applied for another injuction against hybe to have her reinstated . When the courts receive the original contracts, nj signed with Adore ( because that's what will happen ), we will see who's in the wrong, won't we !!

In my opinion, I personally think in the beginning they were grateful and happy eith what they accomplished. I personally belive that they were manipulated by mhj which is causing them to act how they are acting. The girls are still minors and are able to manipulated easily.
