    This is the original Foreigner line up that I like not that new crappy current line up that they have right now. No Lou Gramm no Foreigner period!! Anyways killer performance and thank you for loading this!

      I saw them in September 1978 at the Norfolk Scope in Virginia. Eddie Money opened for them. Great concert. I was 18

    I remember this from a radio broadcast in the early eighties. It is glorious and it brought a tear to my eye hearing it again. They don't make rock and roll like this anymore, they just don't.

    I never saw Foreigner, I was a tidbit older (grad. hs 1973) and most of my live rock shows were from '67 thru mid 70's.....then married and well, that ended my love of getting blasted and driving to arena shows with a carload of my buddies. But I can tell by the sound coming out of this vid that this would have been a friggin' great sounding show. Wish I could have been there. Miss those days for sure.

      Quandou nasci, Foreigner já estava na estrada. Eu nunca pude ver Lou cantar, gostaria de ter estado lá! Mas, eu era apenas uma adolescente nos anos 90, e ele nunca veio em meu país. Então só me resta assistir os vídeos, ouvir suas músicas e ver suas fotos e entrevistas. Deve ser assim que os fãs do Elvis também se sentem: Gostaríamos de ter estado lá!

    Finally!! Bought this!! Originally recorded it off King Biscuit Flower Hour on Dad's reel to reel. Shit is amazing. the Foreigner people don't know. But I remember, they shredded badass!! Drummer going off big time, fellow drummer, love it! Not now, unfortunately.

      Hey we survived. By simple things and great rock music that is our history and our generation will always cherish I love this band and many more I got lucky to see Lou gramm but I wish I could have seen the original foreign but I have seen many other bands 😘🎸

    This is interesting. On the Then and Now tour in 2018 the new version of the band did the song more like the album. This version is a harder rock version without the keyboards. No piano. I like this. Dennis Elliot just owns the kit. Kelly sings great but Lou back in the day was awesome. Really interesting post!

    Great concert! Sad to watch. Ed Gagliardi was enjoying so much freedom on stage - he was really getting into it without Mick or Lou being in charge at the moment. Once the band returned to the States, Ed was fired, to be replaced by Rick Wills.

      @@scarborosasquatchstation1403 Lou looked to me to have no problem with Ed taking center stage! He sat back next to Dennis Elliot on his own drum set! The one who looked preturbed was Mick! Should be noted this was the last concert in London on the Double Vision Tour and Mick fired Ed when they returned to the states.

    Esse era o estilo original que Lou Gramm queria para Foreigner, e M.J. se recusou a manter, transformando Foreigner em "pop-rock". Penso eu, que foi aí que Gramm se desencantou com Foreigner. Soma-se a isto, aquela música, para completar a decepção.
    M. Jones sabe como por tudo a perder. Agora comanda uma banda cover!

    gtfo....70's rocker hair?-check, cow bell?-check, min and a half intro-check....i wanna just close my eyes and listen thru my jensen tri ax leaning against the back window of my cutlass cuz they were too f big to fit in the back deck. it was better when we WATCHED the concert and not filmed it on our phones.

      I was 10 when I saw this tour in '78. One of my aunts took me. My dad didn't find out until YEARS later, because he never would have allowed it. I was in awe. I remember it like it was yesterday! I would give anything to go back and see the concerts from the 70's and 80's! Live shows just aren't the same today.
