Yes it is, I’m a Dirt member, but missed it so much when on holidays I needed my fix
If it was possible to train following someone on a virtual bike ride. Then I did. On a spin bike, when you up’d your power so too did I increase the resistance and tried to keep a 89-90 RPM 👊
You would need a smart trainer, phone or laptop to join this, spin sessions are fun but the virtual riding is amazing!
